Returned 2 dresses having refused 20% discount to keep them. They’ve been sitting in Chinese customs since early December. Believe the address I was given is fake. Only getting automated answers by email. I’m going to start a charge back with my bank. I refuse to lose money to scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Beware- now masquerading as fifthavenuegents.com. Terrible product and after several back and forths had go return to china at my expense. They offered me a 20 percent refund.

If I could rate it Nil I would. What rubbish arrived having ordered a cashmere cardigan.
I am sending the plastic cardigan to the Chinese ambassador to ask him if someone can investigate this fraudulent company - if it is even a company. I suggest everyone do the same - send rubbish goods to the ambassador let him see what how his country is producing fake goods. Hopefully he’ll be inundated with all this Chinese rubbish.

This website is a scam and should be taken down. Item received was awful. Have emailed numerous times to organise a refund. One email address gets a bounce back and the other one no reply. Avoid at all costs

Avoid avoid!! Spent £89 on a pair of men’s boots. Never received an acknowledgement. Despite several emails no response and phone number doesn’t work. £89 lost!!!! Wish I’d checked the reviews first!!

Avoid this company. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. Spent £70 and may as well of flushed the money down the toilet. Coat is shiny, thin, cheap, poorly made and too small. What a waste of money.

Avoid this company at all costs, the item you receive will not be as depicted and will be from China.

Then when you ask to return they will drag you alone for abit and also tell you you need to pay to ship it back to China.

I purchased what was advertised as a vintage leather/suede-look coat, but what arrived was nothing more than a flimsy piece of fabric resembling a dishcloth. The quality is appalling: it looks vile, feels cheap, and wouldn’t even keep me warm indoors.

I paid £69.95 for this item, yet it isn’t worth £5. To make matters worse, the company requires you to contact customer service to arrange a return, but despite several attempts, they have completely ignored me.

I will now escalate the matter through PayPal, as that is how I paid, and I am also considering reporting them under the Trades Descriptions Act because this feels like a deliberate scam.

Avoid at all costs. Scam site using photographs from other sites. I ordered a chunky knit cardigan, received a thin, ill fitting cheap rag. They are based in China, so start by offering 10% off next order, when refused they refund but postage back to them was over £40.00

I stupidly didn’t look at Trustpilot before ordering which I would normally do when using a company I hadn’t heard of I was fooled by PR and incorrect information.
I paid £59.00 for something that resembled a rag .
Don’t waste your money..

Item I ordered was definitely not what I received. No returns service, having to pay postage to China to get a refund. 10/10 would not recommend, unless you want a good for nothing, raggedy ass, poor excuse for a coat, advertised as faux sheepskin, when in fact it wasn't even as thick as a hoodie.

I normally check companies out before buying but very annoyed with myself I didn't with this one.
Avoid at all costs. Website gives the company a German address and the refunds policy clearly states that returns will be paid for and refunds can be requested within 30 days of purchase as long as product unworn etc. I literally tried the dress on, didn't like the colour and it was not a good fit so put it back in the bag.
The response I got to my email was that they don't do refunds or pay for returns and the company is based in China. So basically the website is all lies.
Have accepted I am unlikely to get a refund but am so angry about it.

I ordered two chunky wool knit cardigans. What I received were two extremely thin polyester/man-made fibred copies, vaguely resembling the pictures I saw on their advertisement. Awful quality and far too small, despite being labelled as M(edium). I will try to return, but the other reviews I've read suggest that I won't get too far. Avoid!

DO NOT buy from this company! Whilst it sounds like it is a UK based company, it is actually based in China. I ordered a men's outdoor jacket and I was sent a ghastly fleece dressing gown looking thing. Totally wrong item and probably worth a fraction of the price of the jacket I had ordered. I contacted the company, sent a picture and even though they were the ones who had made the mistake, I was told that if I wanted a refund I would have to send the item back to China at my own expense! The best they could offer was a refund for 10% of the value of the original jacket and I get to keep the ghastly quality fleece gown thing. What absolute rubbish!

Awful quality dress. Couldn’t send it back. Was from China. I contacted them by email and they said they couldn’t send a return label for me to send it back. In the end after many emails they offered 20% of the dress. So I just accepted it and will take it to a charity shop. Awful experience. Huge lesson learnt by me to read reviews before ordering. The dress looked nothing like the picture. Do not order from this company!!!!!!

Ordered 20 days ago, still waiting, replies to emails are automated, occasionally you might get a response from a human, seems to ignore all questions and only offer discount on next order which from me will be never! Also company name is misleading. Wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering. Waiting for a response to my request for a refund.

Ordered coat described as waterproof, it is definitely not waterproof!! Asked for return label and they said that they don't offer free returns and I can send it back to China at my own cost!! They say on the website that they are based in Germany and also name is misleading. They offered 10% discount as if it makes a difference. Did anyone got a refund for wrongly described item?

Shocking ordered boots size 6 when they arrived they were poor quality & a size 8 after several emails they agreed to,send another pair of boots in a size 6 & a different style. Today the boots have arrived and they are identical to the first pair & in a size 8. So now I have 2 pairs of boots in a size 8 and I am a size 6 & they expect me to return to china at my cost. Avoid SCAM
