I ordered a garden shed, paid £854.00 in full and the company has not delivered and are now not responding to my emails or phone calls to obtain a refund.

Failed to deliver on two different arranged dates, requested a refund which they refused to communicate on. Finally had to get a charge back from my card issuer. Btw, they don't even make the sheds, they get them from a company called Power shed who are 10% cheaper than Shed Monkey.

Purchased a replacement shed door from their website. Order paid for, confirmed and estimated delivery date stated. So far, so good. I then, out of the blue recieved an email to say I had recieved a refund for this item.
Phoned them and was told that they don't sell shed doors, that's why you have a refund. Bit confused at this point, I just bought and paid for a shed door on their website. I then asked why this had happened and was told again, they don't sell shed doors, they are just extras to an order. I tried to explain that they do indeed sell shed doors and I had done just thaton their website but again was told, we don't sell shed doors. I was even told nobody buys just shed doors (well I do) and you won't find anyone selling shed doors. (A quick google turns up hundreds of people selling shed doors by the way). I tried to suggest they sort thier website out so you can't just buy a shed door but this was met with disinterest. Don't know what their other order experiences are like but as for mine, I don't appritiate being told that nobody buys this item when clearly I just have! Telling customers they are wrong is really not best practice and ignoring their well intentioned suggestions can only result in the review I am now giving. So having wasted my time with this company I have ordered a shed door from another online company of which there are many, who clearly realise that just occasionally people may need to buy just a shed door!

AVOID! Delivery was a nightmare and refund process to ages. Sent item without let me know and then on the day they email me to say its being delivered. I was at work and therefore could not take delivery.

I was delivered a shed with no windows, I called them and explained their mistake. It transpires that their purchase details page said, Windows none, and in the centre Window Amount #1???
I told them I had definitely clicked for #1 window.
The man was extremely rude and officious, No No No! we don't make mistakes. I tried to explain that I did order a window. Their webpage is unclear, we argued for a minute or so, (I add there was no bad language or threats) I was them subjected to their tried and tested sales denial, A lady suddenly was on the line asking me not to be rude to her co worker, I asked who she was and why was I now talking to her? I reiterated there was no rudeness only extreme frustration with his intransigence.
All in vain, your chance of getting any proper customer service satisfaction here was zero.
We never make mistakes, we are always correct.
The ranks were closed, this parochial bunch just kissed me off.
