Fantastic Customer Service: Damaged Duvet Redress
I recently purchased a duvet set from the Shaws online store. Unfortunately when I arrived it had a significant tear.
Within 2 hours after emailing regarding the damaged item, I got a polite apology and told the matter would be handled.
Wouldn't you know, the next working day as brand new duvet arrived in the post. I was thrilled, excellent customer care. Down 1 star due to it being damaged in the first place.
Being honest, I didn't know what redress I was expecting but I definitely recieved the best.
Side note: the duvet is gorgeous highly recommend.

Excellent customer SERVICE
I was browsing in Shaws Tralee week ago, spotted shoes that I liked. Asking Margaret for my size, she didn't have but offered to phone other stores. I could see Margaret was busy but she insisted on trying to get my size. Collected my very comfortable shoes today. 10 out 10 Margaret WELL DONE 👏. HAPPY CUSTOMER

Great online experience
Don't have a Shaws store nearby so I have shopped online. Their website is easy to navigate and the delivery is super quick! Never any issues and I would definitely recommend. Some good deals available too!

I ordered a Beautiful Clam shell light…
I ordered a Beautiful Clam shell light from Shaws Department store and unfortunately when it got here the top part of the shell wouldn't fit down into the clasp, plus we couldn't get the bottom off it it to insert batteries it was so dissapointing. But I contacted Shaws and they immediately sent me a replacement light and it is absolutely gorgeous. So I would rate them a ten for being so helpful and getting the resend sorted quickly 🙂

Received the wrong order and requested…
Received the wrong order and requested it to be picked up to get a refund. I couldn't be told the pick up time so I waited all day from early morning for it to arrive. Was told the order failed so have no idea what happened. Still need the order to be picked up so I can get refund. Total nightmare
