Poor Quality Everyday Ninja Multicooker
After few days of using the Ninja Everyday Multicooker, the coating from the so called ceramic pan is falling off. I must say that the quality is not good. I think this is very dangerous for the health if we ingest the falling black coating from this pan. I was so excited to use this but I am disappointed about the quality. I regret buying this. My money went to waste. I can only let everyone know. I am planning on a return!

no shipping progress
The order said the shipping process started and has been stuck in the same "waiting for pick up" for over a week. Email notifications for out of stock items now in stock aren't accurate.
Edit after ninja's response: I appreciate the response. I contacted customer support from your website. They listed the wrong item in the first response, said it was lost in transit when the DHL update said it was never picked up, and then stopped responding after my reply. I still have no idea what is happening with my order.

Great customer support
Very fast, comprehensive and clear responses to all questions I had.
I didn't make use of my warranty directly through ninja but I only heard great things on the process.
If you have any device from ninja that you got from official retailers, still refer to ninja before doing anything. It will spare you time and probably money.
