Shark flex breeze, with mister.

This is an over priced fan?!? It does not lower the temp in your room like it claims & you CAN NOT use the mist inside, it even says outside use only, yet some sites are saying you can have it on inside without getting you or your furniture wet, you would get drenched!!
What a waste of money!! For a FAN!!!
I’m sick of over priced products that do nothing, it’s a fan…. Buy a fan at reasonable price, what a rip off, other reviews must be AI!!!

Worst company I have dealt with. Appalling customer service, and complete lack of empathy. They have caused our family massive amounts of stress. Never, ever buy anything from this company.

Great vacuum cleaner, reliable and definitely work buying

Here’s a natural sounding review:

Really pleased with my Shark vacuum cleaner. The machine itself is excellent, powerful suction, easy to use, and has made a noticeable difference around the house. What impressed me just as much was the customer service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to answer my questions. Delivery was also much faster than expected, with the vacuum arriving well packaged and on time. Overall, a great product backed by great service. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Shark again.

There’s absolutely no after care from…

There’s absolutely no after care from this company, I’m absolutely appalled by the after care customer service when something goes wrong. Agents are polite and friendly but nothing there to help resolve issues just apologies and promises that are never acted upon. Over a month since I have contacted with my defective product, around 10 emails, 3 lengthy phone calls, trips to DPD drop off points and still no further forward.

Worst hoover I've ever brought

Worst hoover I've ever brought. I have cats and dogs so purchased it because it was aimed at pets, well its useless. It won't suck up cat litter off a laminate floor or carpet and it struggles with the hair too. It's cordless and the battery is absolute doodoo. I've brought Shark in the past and it was good that's why brought this thing, huge mistake. I won't make this mistake again. Also I brought it 5 months ago, it taken me this long to review because I was unable to submit a review via the website or emails and have only just seen it on my trust pilot history. Easy to order. Delivery quick. PRODUCT 💩💩💩 Would definitely Not recommend this cleaner/hoover/vacuum. Sorry, not sorry for crap review, it's how you feel after paying a lot of money for 💩💩💩 Now let's see if this review gets posted ??? 🤔

Never again will i order from shark.

Ordered two shark never change 5 on March 15 2026 and then on June 7 2026 one of them wouldn't reset after cleaning it's dust filters and so I rang shark and everything seemed well and I was told to throw it out and a replacement would arrive but it didn't. Then one week and one day later June 15 2026 the second unit had the same problem and again I was told to throw it out and a replacement would arrive and on June 16 2026 a replacement did indeed arrive. Whilst I was on the phone reporting the second unit I queried when the replacement for the first unit would arrive and they took a while to look into it and told me there had been a mistake as their warehouse had been told I was sending the first unit back and upon receiving it they would post out it's replacement. Then told me it was a conflict of internal emails at their end and it had now been sorted out and id receive the replacement in a matter of days but its still not arrived and today I am on the phone to shark and writing this review as I wait. There has been confusion because the first never change 5 I purchased was in summer 2025 and it packed up with the same problem in April 2026 and was replaced with their medium sized air purifier. I'm waiting for them to come back and tell me everything has been sorted out but I'm not holding my breath. On a positive note, these filters are really good when working correctly but it would seem that the smallest model has a fault because I've had three and they've all gone wrong with exactly the same problem. I'm STILL waiting for them to come back, it's my 4th time on hold in this call. 5 minutes later they came back and told me that it's out of stock and I need to wait two weeks for a restock email and then call them again. Today's shark telephone experience has been like pulling teeth and there is more to come. I am literally DREADING giving them yet another call when the time comes. So this review is to be continued. The fact of the matter is that I own around 17 shark ninja products and now I'm praying none of the others go wrong.

I will still never buy anymore of your products because its far too much hassle when they go wrong. Just tge fact I've to ring you again in 2 weeks is bad enough and now you say I should download your in stock information. If you cared then you'd automatically send me my replacement without the need for me to contact you again. I'm DONE buying your products.

This is an update to my last review and exactly what I mean when I say avoid shark , I had a trustpilot review asking me to contact customer support - which I did to then have this response

I'm sorry to hear that you have a concern with your product and we would like to resolve this matter for you.


We are unable to resolve any troubleshooting inquiries via email. I am pleased to say we now have troubleshooting guides available on our website for most of our models.

Please select the below link and locate your product. You can find the model number on the back of the body/motor base or handheld unit on your vacuum.”

Once you find your product in the list, follow the guide relevant for your fault/concern.

I do not need an online guide the hoover is blown with smoke coming out of it !!!

Faulty product

Ordered a shark never change 5, stopped working due to fault after 10 days. Got a refund but the stress and time lost due to returning the product is immense. Dont you have a quality control especially for a big well established company? Can you refund my fuel expense?
