Unreliable service and faulty process — ALWAYS have a backup plan entire trip was completely ruined…

My entire trip was completely ruined due to a last-minute cancellation of my order.

Why do you collect full payment in advance when you aren't even sure if you can deliver the product on the agreed-upon date and time? To make it worse, you even charge extra for specific delivery time slots, only to fail at fulfilling the order altogether.

Their entire booking and inventory process is incredibly faulty. You simply cannot trust their service if you have strict travel deadlines. If you still decide to risk booking with SharePal, make absolutely sure you have a solid backup plan, because they will leave you stranded at the very last minute.

SCAM ALERT: Last-Minute Cancellation, Ruined Trip, and NO REFUND!

I booked an iPhone Pro Max on 17th February for an upcoming trip, with delivery strictly scheduled for 19th February. On the actual day of my departure, SharePal casually informed me that the product was "unavailable." This completely ruined my plans at the absolute last minute, leaving me stranded with no time to make alternative arrangements.

To make matters infinitely worse, they have practically stolen my money. Today is 28th March—nearly 40 days later—and they STILL have not processed my refund for a service they failed to provide. Customer support has been utterly useless.

Consider this review a final public notice. Taking a customer's money, failing to deliver the product, and withholding the refund for over a month is fraud. If my full refund is not processed immediately, I am filing a formal legal complaint through the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and the Consumer Court for "deficiency of service," "unfair trade practices," and mental agony.

Do not trust this company. They will ruin your trip and hold your funds hostage.

Had a good overall experience

Had a good overall experience, though the setup was a bit frustrating. The console wasn't pre-logged in, which required several calls to support to get sorted. However, the support team was excellent—very helpful and responsive throughout. Once the login was handled, everything worked perfectly!

Very prompt and helpful

Very prompt service and the team was able to help us even at 10:00 pm in the night. Had ordered a smaller size but mistake for a week long bike trip, the team helped us replace with the correct size late night at 10:00 pm as we where scheduled on an early morning flight.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The verification process was unnecessarily delayed even after I submitted all the required documents. Despite completing everything from my side my order was cancelled without a clear reason. It feels like the cancellation may have been due to a price increase which is quite unfair as it puts pressure on customers to reorder at a higher price. Overall this experience was frustrating and not what I expected.

PlayStation for a birthday party.

I ordered a PlayStation for my kid just two days before his birthday. Even though it was a last-minute order, we received the product almost on time. The booking process was smooth, quick, and clear. My son was happy with the performance and the time he was able to get his hands on the console along with his friends.

It is a good rating for the service overall, but I am reducing it by one star because of a couple of issues I faced:

1. One of the controllers was missing from the initial delivery. It was communicated to me that the controller required some sort of fixing before shipping. I asked them to ship the main product ASAP so I could at least set it up before the birthday party.
2. The replacement controller stopped working and wouldn't recharge at all after its first discharge two days later.

I requested another replacement for that controller, which was delivered quickly and didn't cause much further hassle.
