I buyed WWE 2k22 nWO edition, Order ID: 10400078. I played it for few months and then again i tried to login into the account but it said check your account and password . I raised the isssue in whatsapp support but they said that warranty over, order again to get support. So do people have to buy same game again in few months. Moreover it was never told that the particular game will work for few months only and now that game does not even exist in their home page. Each game in their website is written as lifetime warranty and it was the same for WWE2K22 nWo edition. But now they dont have that particular game. I have said them to restore the game or provide alternative title or refund the amount but their unprofessional and lazy support team which never responds. I buyed the game and now i cannot play it so I Digitalgamezone team refund the amount. Don't reply with contact your support team. I have already mailed and whatsapp them several times, but you guys are very unprofessional, lazy to reply. Look into the matter. I buy these games because they are delisted from steam and i don't want crack copy, but your terrible service is not worth it. Restore the game or provide alternative title or Refund. You cannot just sell the digital copy of the game and take no responsibility for it, if it stops working. Look into the matter. I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 from digitalgamezone.co.in back in 2024. At the time of purchase, they only provided the account ID, and there was no clear information on their website stating that I would not receive full access to the account.
It is now 2026, and the service has been consistently poor. Their customer support team provides zero assistance. I have been trying to resolve this for a long time, and at the very least, I deserve to have the account password so I can actually access what I paid for, but they refuse to provide even that.
The lack of transparency and the complete absence of customer support make this site highly unreliable. I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from here, as you are likely to be left with an inaccessible product and no help from their side.

I bought Stellar blade and resident evil requim from digitalgamezone. The cost was very affordable around 5 to 6 hundred. The delivery was fast too. Got the steam account on same day.

I purchased Ghost of Tsushima from them on 28/2/26 and I was facing issues in downloading the game. I tried to connect with them multiple times through all the possible channels - call, email, chat on website but no response from their side.

On 3/3/26 they reached out to me on Whatsapp and the issue resolved finally.

Do not use, firstly the people who operate this illegal site have too much attitude for running a illegal shared steamnetwork calling it a gaming platform/seller secondly they dont even bother to reply to messages and have no decency to give an update of the order till you call a zillion times. absolute morons run by some scammy idiots.
At 12AM on my whatsapp personal number "I received threats to delete the review and if I dont I would not get the game I purchased" After laughing these idiots off I informed I will be taking legal action as they were committing fraud and 10 minutes later they refunded my money.
