Hi Holaam,
Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing your order details, we can confirm that your order was dispatched promptly within our normal business hours. You selected Royal Mail Tracked 48, a service that aims to deliver within 2–3 working days and includes full online tracking.
We can also see that a Delivery Request (mail redirection) was applied to your order. Please note that Royal Mail advises this can add an additional working day to the delivery timeframe.
Additionally, Sunday is not a standard delivery day for Royal Mail Tracked 48. This service operates Monday to Saturday, meaning Sundays are treated as non-operational days.
Taking into account the selected delivery service, the delivery request, and the non-working Sunday, your order remains within the expected estimated delivery timeframe and should be with you shortly.
We would always recommend contacting our customer service team directly at info@shapeshifternutrition.co.uk in the first instance, rather than leaving a 1-star review. Our team is more than happy to assist with delivery queries, check tracking details, and help resolve any concerns. In most cases, delivery delays are related to the courier’s processes and are unfortunately beyond our control, and therefore do not reflect the level of service we provide as a company. Many of these matters can be easily clarified through direct communication with our team, who are always here to help.
As a further update, we can confirm that the parcel has now been successfully collected by the recipient today, 13/01/2026 at 10:02.
This confirms that the delivery was completed within the expected timeframe once the delivery redirection and non-operational Sunday were taken into account.
