I have ordered from this company in the past they have never failed. I do like the tank tops, this time I’m trying the bras which I think won’t disappoint me either.

Easy to order, the finalizing of the order is a little aggravating with the wait, buy this, oh, no thanks, I’d rather pay full price.

Order did not arrive and seems to be no customer service. The AI assistant just reiterated that it's been delivered and there is no response to Messenger. If you are in the UK and it doesn't arrive it's pretty much a write off.

After not getting anywhere with shapermint about being over charged for a return and contacting the Better Business Bureau, Shapermint did refund what was owed although it could be a month until I see the money.

Buying from your website was very easy. When my purchase arrived it was a perfect fit. I pruchased the narrow strap shapemint cami and have worn and washed them several times . They are still comfortable to wear all day including getting in and out of a car several times a day. My order arrived in good time

Very annoyed with the tactics they use to get more sales. I ordered a cami online and after hitting "pay", a promotion appeared, saying "buy 1, get 1 cheaper". I assumed that this included the cami I'd already purchased so chose the promo. After doing so, I wasn't shown my revised shopping cart and didn't see that I was now getting 3 camis!!!!! Immediately tried to edit my order but apparently it was too late. Also, how do they justify charging the customer to return unwanted items?

I am absolutely amazed at how they went above and beyond. I made my very first order and didn’t receive it. I just received a different order today. Tried them all on. I am extremely happy. They are comfortable when I reached out somebody replied. i’m not a fan of the delivery service they use though. UniUni

I truly enjoy wearing my new Truekind® Supportive Comfort Wireless Shaping Bra.

Placed my first order with them. Then a day or two later received a suspicious email ( phishing) asking to verify my personal information. I tried to contact the company but all I got was the AI chat that kept putting me into a loop never helping or resolving the problem. When I asked for a customer representative a real person I have to wait 25-48 hours. We are in the middle of a move so trying to make sure I get the product but could never get to a real person . Then I said I wanted to cancel the order and the AI said I couldn’t I would have to receive it and then send it back but they would wave the shipping fees. Worst customer service ever and still can not find a phone number for a real person so wonder if even a legitimate company?
