I ordered 4 bras from Shapermint. 3 black 1 chai colored bras. All 3 of the black bras fit amazing. The chai colored bra doesn’t fit as well. I don’t know if the material is different but it’s very loose. I can’t return because I threw the tags away and I wore it. I’m disappointed because I can wear that color. Now I won’t order anything but black which sucks because black doesn’t go well under lighter dresses or blouses.

I had an easy experience when searching and ordering my item. Once it arrived in a timely fashion I opened and have been enjoying it.

They are wonderful. I feel like I have nothing on.

I absolutely love the strapless bra ,I bought it to wear as a model in a fashion show and it worked beautifully,stayed in place all day,I will definitely shop at shapermint again,I have recommended to many friends.

The bras are nice but kinda bulky and large tbh. And the bands around the bottom of the bra make me feel hot 🥵 but they do hold the girls in place.

My leggings never came. I had to reach out to customer service to find out why. They said that my size ran out of the size I ordered. I asked if they could simply send them to me when they came back in stock. I was told there was no way for them to do that. They said I can reach back out in a week or two to see if it’s back in stock. It’s unacceptable that they just ran out of my size and didn’t reach out to me to see if I wanted a refund or how I wanted it handled, especially if there’s no way for the leggings to eventually be sent to me. It’s unacceptable that they didn’t communicate that my item was sold out. It’s unacceptable that they have no way of sending the item you ordered when it back in stock (Target does this, so there are systems that can be used). It’s unacceptable that I have to spend my time reaching out to customer service multiple times. I feel they just hope you won’t notice your item is missing. Buyer beware- this is the second time this has happened with my orders at Shapermint! If I didn’t love the products, I’d stop shopping here, but the service is unacceptable.

I have loved shapermint products for awhile now. However this is my first time purchasing a bathing suit. I tried it on and love how it fits and holds.

Comfy products.

The bra I purchased fits well and is comfortable. I returned 2 others and that process was easy.

I had to return items because they were to small and I accidentally ordered twice. Being in Canada I was concerned the return and refund would take very very long I was impressed that it didn’t even with using PayPal for payment. I refunded one order and exchanged the 2nd it was very easy and seamless for that I’m grateful

The bras are super comfortable and the website was really easy to navigate! I’m looking forward to my next purchase!
