I placed an order for sunglasses. I never got a notification that it was canceled. I never got my sunglasses and was credited back the money.

I ordered an item on Nov. 8th and today is Nov. 15

I didn't get delivered and anything still. I just got a confirmation email for my order, and now they are sending me a message about how's my experience.

Where is my eyeglass?
And when are you going to send it to me? I'm so mad about this situation

The sunglasses I ordered are men's sunglasses, but I received a pink case for it. We already have such sunglasses that we bought in an official Armani store and the case is black. I would like to ask if these sunglasses are really original?

Ordered sunglasses and after waiting for 3 days they said that it’s not available and I was refunded $30 less.

I bought emporio armani frames to replace the ones i had of the same model that broke when i dropped them. Lenses were a pain to get in but they fit perfectly so i know theyre authentic.

Very disappointed. After paying 38$ in shipment, I had to pay 20$ extra for import taxes, with no notice in advance. I tried to get an explanations by email but no one is responding. Please refund me the 20$!

They had a discontinued set of frames in stock that I had been searching for everywhere so I could repair an original pair I loved. The price was great and they arrived in two days -- in time for my vacation. Perfect.

Buyer beware, this website might be a scam. The customer service is HORRIBLE. If I could give zero stars I would. I recently purchased sunglasses. My card was charged but I didn't receive a confirmation email. The very next day, I randomly got an email stating that my order was refunded, however there is no indication of a pending or processed refund with my bank. I emailed customer service to notify them and this was the exact rude response when I asked them why my return was refunded: "I don’t know, I have not done any refunds lately. You must have done it." They didn't even have the decency to address me by name or close the email. I asked for a confirmation that my order would be properly processed shipped and I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. Now I'm terrified that I've been scammed.

Delivery came quick and the glasses are perfect, also the prices are cheaper than the competition, and I have checked them all. All in all I can recommend this site.
