Took a little long to get here but good quality merchandise

I ordered a 3D Jack Daniel's glass and received a cheap glass with a sticker. I then paid around €40 for it. I'm curious to see how the return process goes!

Stay away!!!

This company is a scam I found 3 different websites with the same information. Same fake mailing address (if you Google earth the address its a picture of a cout house).
The phone number is disconnected or never existed and its an Arizona area code and the address is Pennsylvania. Never ever buy from Haotees, Nepa custom designs and thwre is a third one I lost the name. The only line of communication is an AI robot responding emails for them.

My girlfriend put mens 10 on the customisation and it gave us women's 10 instead and we couldn't even change it before it shipped

Longer shipping than expected. Rugs are actually more like bath mats type of material and feeling. Not necessarily living room rugs. The color and design look good, though

I ordered the Hey Dude style shoes with my university logo. I received shoes with the wrong university on them, and the logo look terribly printed anyway. The materials of the shoe felt very cheap and almost like plastic, they were not comfortable. I still wanted to show my fandom so I emailed the company for the right shoes. After a couple of delaying responses, I never heard back, never received my order.

Delivery time took awhile. Also, the material on the pictures to what was received are not the same. Picture shows a cotton hoodie

When I reached out to inquire about package, they said it still needed to be produced (4 weeks after the order) despite website saying there were multiple in stock. When I asked to cancel and refund, they finally sent a tracking number. 2 weeks after shipping, I asked about location of the package and the response I got was, "Yesssssssssssss". Shop USA or buy from legitimate/reputable company.

I ordered an item on November 26th 2025 and here we are in January 2026 and I still have not received my package. Not a good company to order from.

You are asking for my opinion before I have received it. It’s almost been a month.

They were very helpful and patient and understanding toward me in my email done about my order.

It has been more than three and a half weeks, and I still have not received my order. There was no tracking number or shipping update until almost three weeks after placing the order, so I had no idea whether it had even shipped.
I only ordered from this company because their website made it appear they had an office in Harrisburg, PA, but the order is actually shipped from overseas, which explains the extremely long delay. Their ads clearly say “FAST SHIPPING”, which is completely misleading.

Because of this delay, the order missed Christmas, and now I’m worried that if it doesn’t fit, returning or exchanging it will be another problem. Communication has been very poor—just generic messages with no estimated delivery date provided at all.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I contacted you multiple times to cancel the order but you always replied days later even though you state you will reply no more than 12hrs. Your customer service SUCKS!!!

I ordered a bike jersery and received a pullover hoodie.
It also took a very long time to come.
