The delivery service was superb
The delivery service was superb. Phone calls were recieved along side emails. speaking to real people was a breath of fresh air and I was kept infirmed all the way through the delivery process.
Rescheduling was an easy option too.
Polite and friendly and very helpful at the door.

I received plenty of advance notice of…
I received plenty of advance notice of my delivery, including a follow up phone call. I ignored their text plus email to confirm I was OK with date and time frame of the delivery as I hadn’t recognise the name of the sender. When I told them that, they told the sender co also traded under a different name, which I did recognise, and had ordered from.
A further phone call on the day from the delivery driver gave me a specific arrival time, and they arrived to the minute, carried the heavy table into the house, and were very cordial, polite, and efficient.

The drivers were fantastic - thanks. However, the delivery was nearly a week late ! Delivery was scheduled for 1st or 2nd Jul. Actual delivery was on 6 Jul. No explanation from B&Q - Frustrating.

Very good service
The delivery was due between 6 and 9am, and the driver called at 8 o'clock to tell us he would be with us at 9am. He and his mate carried the barrel water butt into the garden for us and placed it on the plinth we'd built. Good communication and extra effort made to put the barrel where we needed it to be. Very pleased all round.

Great easy delivery experience
Time slot for delivery easily managed and was phoned giving a heads up they were on their way. Very pleasant hard-working pair (evening and they had 7 more deliveries). They had no problems with locating me or manoevering the drive. Fast and efficient citing the purchase in the chosen space where it was wanted. Great delivery experience!

Perfect delivery
Called me to tell me 25 minutes away ( plenty of time for me to get home ) found the house easy. I chose curb side delivery on check out and they still asked if I needed help. Signed for it off they went. On time and polite that’s hard to get from deliveries these days good job 👍🏼

Delivery service is excellent. Two young delivery men were polite, courteous, respected my property and were overall a credit to SGK. A+ service which kept me informed of delivery time throughout their journey.

Couldn't ask for more - I was expecting a mattress delivery on the 3rd floor and the driver was prompt, polite and delivered with no issues. Perfect service from SGK, I might consider using them myself because of how easy it was.
