SGB is reliable and consistent. I was notified that my order would be delayed given, what I assume is the high demand for silver. I had sent a note asking if I could have at least the gold that I ordered and a couple days later, I received my entire order. Much appreciated and I do recommend SGB to friends and family

I’ve called about this order several times only to be told it was being processed and being expedited it was ordered December 26,2025 and again I called yesterday and was on hold for 18 minutes and talked to a employee in customer service by the name of Brad. He again told me the order was being processed and when I asked for timelines he cut me off and supposedly transferred me to another department which I waited another 17 minutes for no one to answer the transferred call and received a voicemail asking me to leave my information. This has been a very distasteful experience for me and actually caused me to be late yesterday for a scheduled meeting. I was very upset and left a voicemail to have a supervisor to call me back so I could explain all the correspondence that has taken place since this unfortunate order was placed. I was also going to advise the supervisor to cancel my order and refund my account as I’m a very busy executive and wanted him to know exactly what my reasons were for cancelling the order !

Haven’t received product from December. What’s going on?

Order tracking was difficult to navigate through FedEx, they also handed out an attempt notice slip for a different city entirely (cold lake facility info not Lloyd’s) other than that the order was received and I’m happy with the purchase

I placed 2 orders in December
Received the one from Dec 22nd yesterday and still didn't get anything from December 19th . that is almost 1 month....

I've been doing retail business with them since 2022 and now have a trading platform on their website since the beginning of Nov. 2025. Having made double-digit phone calls to them in managing my retail and trade accounts, I have received prompt, professional services from polite and helpful people every time. My retail orders have all been accutate, well packaged and delivered within 3-days of ordering. On hold over 5-minutes only once and that has been since the volume surge we are going through now, so it was easily understandable. Two of them know my voice when they hear me speak. And I love their trading platform.

Exceptionally slow. Ordered a SKU that was apparently full stock, now I check it and they don’t have it for another month. Would’ve been nice to know that before I ordered a month ago. Even other coins that are in stock haven’t shipped in months.
