Ordered in August not arrived
The items were ordered in August and still have not arrived. I received an email in September to say the items had been received by the printers and I would be notified when they would be ready. I have not received anything and now I am being asked to complete a satisfaction survey.

really sorry that you are not happy with the service, we have provided you with regular updates as the items you order on the 14/08 was out of stock with our supplier until the end of September, which we advised you of the delay on the day you placed the order. Stock finally arrived with us on the 30/09 and we advised it would take 10 working days to complete, on the 18/10 we emailed confirming your order was ready, but your delivery address was missing the street, we have emailed you 3 times requesting the updated address. Your order is still here waiting to be delivered. We always aim to keep customers updated on delays, which we have done with your order. Appreciate the delays are frustrating and we can only apologise for these, but they were out of our control.

School bag doesn't have a strap to put…
School bag doesn't have a strap to put over the shoulder which I found disappointing the PE bag doesn't have anywhere to write your child's name on. Also it said upto 3 weeks for delivery and we were waiting for 5 weeks with no way of contacting them as I tried phoning several times and they didn't answer any calls and my emails kept getting rejected so overall I'm very disappointed with the service

Hi Paul, sorry to hear your not happy, we will contact you as we havent had any emails from you, with regards to the items these are what is approved by the school to supply, we are happy to discuss with the school the option of a book bag with a strap. Also there was an option for free school iron in labels but your order didn’t have the name for them, which we take as you didn’t want the labels. Delays sometimes can happen and as this was a new school this summer it took longer than expected to get stock in, but we now hold pre-embroidered stock so orders will be much quicker. Absolutely amazing service today. We have used SG for a school wear for a few years and are lucky enough to live local. I ordered at 8am this morning and it was delivered at 8pm this evening. Clothing is all of a high quality too. Very highly recommended!

Amazing customer service and quality
I don’t often leave reviews but feel amazing customer service deserves an amazing review. We placed a late order for our daughter’s school leavers hoodie. So it’s a tiny order but important to us as our daughter wanted to bring it with her on her class trip. We had a few questions and wanted to find out more info on the lead time. No matter what we asked Steve was there with a response (in the evening and at the weekend), giving help and reassurance they would do all they could to get the order ready and on time. The hoodie was due to be couriered, but true to form Steve went out of his was to ensure it was printed the day before and despite us offering to collect, it was hand delivered to our home in time for the trip. Thank you so much guys, you made our daughter’s day. This to me is amazing customer service, for a random order which most companies would not care about. The hoodie is perfect and I can’t recommend you enough, thank you!!
