Quality was top notch. My order was changed from embroidery to printing bc of my logos details but team was very accommodating and even dud some extras. Printing took alot longer than expected but was 100% worth the wait.

The side stitching went into the flexfit band and was not included on the proof. The words were incorrect.

Hats were completed a lot quicker than expected and turned out wonderful. Being able to see the hats and approve them before shipment made it a even better buying experience. Knowing im getting what I want the first time.

The logo position on a hat was too low. A kindergartner could have seen that. it certainly didn't look that way in the proof. I'm glad I see this now because I was getting ready to put in another order. I have sweatshirts in my cart. Very disappointed.
If this is the best you can do, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Perhaps some guidance on dark colored borders on dark apparel. White would have been a better choice for the border. Also, noticing on some of the sweatshirts that the logo could be further to the right side. Seems like they are fairly close to the left arm.

Able to adapt to a regular photo to make it look good and text color changes.hat loos good.

They took the image I wanted embroidered on a hat and matched it perfectly. You can basically send them any non-copyrighted image and they can put it on a hat. It's awesome!

My only hope is they get a larger variety of hats. There are some new Richardson's that are not available

I ordered 2 hats 112s Heather Grey front black back and 2 hats 112s black front grey back. The black front hats was xl size that's not what I ordered. Im starting a business and doing test runs to see what hat I like the most. I think im going to try branded bills. Honestly just not very happy with this whole experience.

We have a lot of shading in our logo. I wasn't sure they could do it, or how it might turn out. They sent the proof within 48 hours and I was impressed. On time and it looked really good. Fast turn around time and decent pricing. I hope to do more business in the future

Made my idea a reality! The hat turned out better than I could have imagined. Quick and easy process, very informative along the way. I will be ordering many more after receiving the finished product so fast!
