I have purchased from seyberts before no issues, I bought a shaft this time from them for my son, had a couple issues, BUT, they were fantastic about fixing the issues, my son truly loves the shaft, and I am glad they were able to take care of us. Not impressed. Places an order, they screwed up on their inventory and called right away to offer a lower end product to close up the order ASAP. I EVEN got an email my order shipped BEFORE they called. I reached back out to try get a direct person - crickets. No back-order option to insure I secured the cue I wanted just take the lower option or cancel. Finally cancelled, ordered elsewhere that day, got a better deal (standard shaft AND low defelection shaft for only ~$35 more). Back ordered w/4 week lead time but I don't care about waiting for what I wanted.

Lack of Inventory
Seybert's is a really good store for all billiards gear, but they are literally always out of stock all year round. Once they get a few que's in, they are gone within days. I wish they would just order tons more of what actually sells. Just makes no sense to me.
They sell fake stuff !!!
They sell fake stuff !!! I purchased Volturi cue case for $560.00. It's advertised on website as a genuine elephant leather and i called them before i payed and had a confirmation on that it's genuine leather and it's pure Volturi product. But it's made from artificial leather. Volturi is a company that make hand made cue cases from genuine leather and i've seen their products, all of them are made from genuine leather. The case they sent me is a fake, not Volturi made for sure. Besides that case was damaged. Don't trust them !!!

Seybert's Billiards has always given me first-rate service, high-quality billiards equipment and accessories, from cases, cue tip care, chalk, regular cue sticks, jump and the break & jump cues.
They have even told me, from a photo I submitted, the thread size for a shaft that I needed.
Another time, they even recommended a square 3x6 leatherette case that fit a small pool hall locker, which left me very pleased.
I would strongly recommend Seybert's Billiards for the avid and advanced pool player.

Damaged Cue
I ordered a new cue stick a few months ago. When it arrived the package was in great condition and the cue was packed well. But there was a large and deep dent on the shaft. After a few emails I was sent sent a return label and was told a replacement would be sent when they received tracking information on the return. I sent the cue back and followed the tracking and informed Seybert’s that it was shipped. No replacement was sent. The day after Seybert’s received the returned cue, I called to find out what was going on and left a voicemail. Shortly after I received a call from a very nice and polite gentleman who said he seen that the cue was received and saw the dent on the cue but had no information on why it was returned. I explained the situation and he told me a replacement would be sent right away. After a few days of not receiving tracking information on the replacement I made several attempts to call and speak with someone, but it kept going to voicemail. I left a message for them to just cancel the order. The next day I received tracking information that it was shipped. After receiving the cue I am pretty sure that it was not a replacement but the same cue that was just repaired. I was pretty disappointed but didn’t feel like dealing with it anymore so I just kept it and didn’t contact anyone. This was my first major purchase from Seybert’s and probably my last.
