I had my first brother innovis from Sewing Machines Direct 23 years ago! It had just one repair 10 years ago but it finally gave up on me last year. I had been using another mechanical machine since but there is nothing like a computerised one. The offer on the A60 is excellent value . It is a superb machine . The free sewing thread and scissors set are a really generous bonus.

I ordered an ex-demonstration machine on-line as a gift for my grandson. The order was placed after business hours but the machine was dispatched early the next day and delivered the following day. Everything was in it's original packaging with full instructions. We are absolutely delighted.

Delivery was great. Customer service brilliant when contacted about accessory bundle.
Only problem was the needle inserted in machine was bent and took me ages to realise why it wouldn’t go down into the bobbin.
