Lovely cottage in a quiet location just over the road from Sewerby Hall. Clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Off road parking too!
Plenty of local places to eat that are dog friendly and serve delicious food. Coast is only a short walk away down flight of stairs, but then you can walk for miles

This was our second time we’ve had a holiday here and once again it was a lovely stay
The property was lovely and clean on arrival with everything we wanted for our stay.
Easy off street parking is a bonus.
We enjoyed eating out at the Forge and the Ship Inn which are a very short walk away.
Sewerby hall across the road is a great place to visit with stunning gardens.
We will definitely be back for another stay.

We had a 4 day stay over the new year just myself & my husband & my little yorkie . Park view it comfortable & well appointed and has we stay during the winter months cosy & warm would highly recommend

Absolutely a gem of a place to stay. We defo will be back.,Great location, super clean holiday let and very well equipped the best sleep ever,ever had whilst away. Home from home didn’t really want to leave.
Perfect location, great local pub the Ship catered so well for gluten free diets. Sewerby Hall just over the road and fabulous walks round and about.

The model village and cafe had great dairy & gluten free cakes. Sewerby hall was a great visit too. Local pubs very friendly. Had the best dairy & gluten free fish and chips. Will definitely be

A nice bungalow in a lovely location close to Bridlington, filey and Flamborough. Dog friendly with the hall opposite for evening stroll. The bungalow was very well equipped. We'll worth a visit if you have a dog and like walking. The Ship inn was 2 mins away and the Forge all dog friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely lovely bungalow perfect location for sea and walks. Bridlington is just a short walk away or easy reached by land train or bus. The bungalow was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc. the welcome box of chocolate was very much appreciated. We will definitely be returning next time we in the area.

Lovely little bungalow in a Great location. Short walk to the cliff tops then about 15 mins into brid along coast
.Flambrough, bempton,Filey all a short drive away . The bungalow was very well equipped and it felt like home from home and very dog friendly. Can highly recommend this property and we will certainly book again.

A lovely bright and well maintained bungalow in a great location for the Yorkshire coast, Bridlington and Sewerby Hall which is literally a few metres away. We enjoyed a fantastic week and were always able to find somewhere nice for coffee, lunches and evening meals.

Beautiful little bungalow with everything you could possibly need. The walks are close, stunning and plentiful. We have already booked our next visit for in a few weeks time and I’m sure we will become regulars.

Our first visit to Park View, this small cosy 2 bedroom accommodation had everything we required, clean, warm and comfortable, off road parking, enclosed garden for our 2 jack Russell’s, great walks straight from the door, 2 lovely pubs within a couple minutes walk away, great host who messaged to check everything was ok for us, look forward to staying here again.

Park view holiday cottage is the nicest holiday rental I have stayed in. My husband and I stayed for a long weekend the booking was easy and Chris responded quickly to my queries and contacted us during the stay to see if all was ok. The cottage is modern inside and very clean. The beds are comfortable and everything you need is there along with chocolates to welcome us. The position of the cottage is perfect. A couple of nice pubs to eat in and fabulous walks just across the road. Enclosed pebbled garden was great so we could let our dog outside. We will definitely book again.

Just had a fantastic weeks holiday at Park View Holiday cottage at sewerby. It was like home from home. Everything that you could have needed was available and the cottage was so nice to return to after spending days sightseeing on the east coast. We took our dog Murphy and felt more than comfortable to allow him the run of the garden which was totally secure. Situated less than 100 yards from the beach it was great for evening walks with two very nice pubs in the area. On leaving we felt certain that we will be rebooking again next year if available but it is by far the best holiday let we have stayed in. A real gem in Sewerby

Our first visit to Park View and our only regret is wish we had found this little gem of a place earlier !
Perfect in every way for us, modern, clean, comfortable beds, in fact everything you could wish for and more.
Setting great for walks on beach or to Danes Dyke, Flamborough and Bridlington. Or you can ride the land train into Brid which is fun and runs every 30 minutes.
There’s also 2 good pubs a short stroll away and Sewerby Hall just across the road. Would love to stay again.

Had a great time in this little jem of a bungalow every thing you needed very clean and well presented two pubs very close serving good food great communication with owners thanks again .

Our first visit to the area and we couldn't have picked better accommodation. The cottage was clean, modern and very well equipped, one of the best we've stayed in. It's in a perfect location, only a few minutes from scenic cliff top walks. Sewerby Hall is just across the road and the land train into Bridlington is nearby. And a added bonus to find such a dog friendly place, from the cottage, Ship Inn, the Old Forge and lots of cafes too.

Our first visit to Park View Cottage but definitely not our last. It is a lovely cottage, in a perfect location and our two little dogs loved the walks along the fronts. The Ship Inn and The Forge are on the doorstep and both places are definitely worth a visit (and very dog friendly).
