This is a scam!! I purchased the BTS lightstick on February 19th and haven't received a response. I made the purchase through the the store page. I wrote many times to their e-mail address and I have yet to receive a feedback
Of course I don’t have the lightstick

I bought the new lightstick on March 7th and haven't received any message or update from them yet. Don't buy on impulse! Cheap things end up being expensive, and we lost out! I'm so angry! I bought it as a gift for my daughter and nothing so far. And I'm sure we won't get a refund.

Fraud! I purchased the BTS lightstick on February 27th and haven't received a response. I made the purchase through the Shop app, and when I tried to access the order (because the payment went through), the store page stopped working; it redirected me to their online store, which was empty. As of today (19/03/2026), I don't know if the bank will refund the $25.59 I paid. I filed a complaint through the app, but I doubt they can do anything.

I haven't gotten any updates for my 4 bts lightstick ver 4, the website was on the app call shop and I did get and updated on the 16 of this month but am not if it will come or not so if not I can go and buy my lightstick from target on the 20 of March.

Ordered KPop merchandise and they gladly took my money. When I emailed them several times about where my merchandise was or when it would get delivered I never once got a response or an error message saying it was a wrong email. I waited 2 weeks to even email them. Still no response at all. I had to get my bank to reverse the charges. DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR STUFF.

Beware! They made themselves credible by posting a link from what looked like Jungkook's IG account to their shop.
Made a purchase in Feb and no word since. Website cannot be accessed. Filthy scammers!!

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I impulse bought items. I made my order and after a week, I hadn’t heard any shipping news so I emailed the company but got no reply. Please do not order from this company!! They are a scam and just want our money.

I’ve been waiting for a month for my order and I haven’t been updated about my order since February. PLZ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS SITE!!

As of I looked at their store today, their store was down and I don’t think I can contact the company now. You need a password suddenly to access the store which is shady.

No information beyond an order confirmation. No answered emails. No order tracking. Refunding is bullshit. Do not order, and if you have make sure to block your account and contact the police for due to scam.

I ordered the new BTS lightstick on 22nd February. Received an email saying my order is confirmed but since then no updates, no tracking number when I search for my order on their site it says order not found. They do not respond to emails at all. THIS IS A FAKE SITE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM.

I ordered last week and so far nothing. No shipping information or if it shipped. They don't respond to emails. Bad experience
Beginning of March filed dispute. Got money back or so I thought. Today April 17th I checked my bank. My dispute was denied and they took the money back. A d.i still have no lightstick. Seven7wears emailed my bank about dispute and said website down for maintenance. But they never responded to many emails I sent. My bank said nothing they can do and I should contact seller. Not easy when they ignore customer emails. So now I have lost out on money and light stick. Happy that I will eventually have one as I know cokodive will send me my order. I hope seven7wears never gets to open again so no one else gets scammed. If seven7wears seems this please send out orders alot of us ordered lightsticks.
