Seur are completely incompetent, avoid!
Seur are completely unprofessional, mismanaged and incompetent. They deserve 0 stars. They said the address was wrong (but google maps can find it!), they would not use the additional information submitted to them following their own requests for it, they said they were coming numerous times and didn't, they said the parcel was delivered when it wasn't, the tracking code stopped working (after their 'delivery' which never happened) and so i could not respond to their e-mails online, the person i then contacted through their FB messenger service gave me misinformation and did not process the 'collection point' i had requested, instead sending the parcel back to Bulgaria when he knew i was travelling a long way (the very same day), to go and get it. He even said i could go and get it from the depot (50E taxi ride away) when it was already on it's way back to Bulgaria - a complete waste of my money and time, and, at best, incompetent of him. They have now charged me to send it back to Bulgaria! Unbelievable! So far 80E has been paid in postage to Seur, and I have no parcel. They deny all responsibility and don't care at all that their staff are either completely incompetent, or wilfully mismanaging their customers. Their processes are so poor, it is impossible to make any progress. The chat bot is useless, the phone helpline expensive and the FB messenger service pointless, as they don't use the information you give them anyway, It seems whatever information you submit, they won't bother to use it, preffering to simply say 'your address is wrong' return it to the sender, and charge a lot of money for a service they are not interested in delivering. I do not understand how this company is still in business. The CEO ought to be ashamed of themselves. Avoid, choose anyone else but Seur.

I wouldn’t touch these guys, I shipped a parcel 50x40x40 19kg and I got it in 5 days from Ireland to Spain and a friend collected it in the Marbella collection place, then 1 week later I shipped 2 of the exact same parcels individually, as they worked their way through I traveled over to my place in Spain, when I arrived I found out our intercom had been damaged so I knew the driver couldn’t contact us so I posted 2 messages to Seur via their website and explained this and asked could they drop them to a collection point, I was unable to change it on the site because everytime I tried the site didn’t give you the drop down menu for the collection points, I heard nothing and a few days later I did the same, still nothing, then I received a failed delivery notification so I contacted them again and they said they would pass my number to the driver and he would contact me, about 2 days later I get a notification that my delivery would be that day between 2.30pm and 3.30pm and I could live track the driver, to be sure I sat in my car at the security gate at 2pm, and 3pm the driver had 7 more drop offs and the time went from between 2.45pm and 3.45pm so I stayed waiting, then live track became unavailable and I sat waiting until 6pm but nobody arrived, then at 10pm I get a incorrect address, however our place is 40 years old, there is a 3m x 3m sign for it and it is on a straight road….. I contacted Seur and just asked them to send it to the collection point which they said they would do, a couple of days later I still hadn’t received notification that it had been left so I mailed them again and asked for them to send them, then 1 of the packages was changed to be dropped at a collection point, over the next few days the other never changed and the one that was changed never got left there, when I contacted them they said it was too heavy, although I pointed out that the limited at the collection point was 20kg and mine were 19kg and 19.5kg and that is what they had weighed them at, I also pointed out that now 3 weeks previously they had delivered the same parcel, but they refused to deliver, they said I’d have to collect from Malaga, this was a Tuesday and I told them I am returning home on the Friday so I need them to confirm that they have them in Malaga which was a 45 minute drive away. I contacted them on the Thursday and still nothing, on the Friday I get a mail to say that they will get them to Malaga and I would have to collect, they expected to have them there Monday but to ring to check, I did and they said they have them, I asked a friend to drive to Malaga for me and collect them, but Seur asked m to send my passport and the persons passport and a letter confirming they could collect, I did and I got a mail then asking why I did this, anyway they went to Malaga and when they got there they said that they are just checking to see if 1 of them had arrived back, 20 minutes later they said that I had signed for them and they didn’t have them, they asked when and they said on the Friday, which was impossible as I was back in Ireland. They contacted the driver who said I’d signed, and when they challenged him he then said he gave it to our gardener. We contacted him and he said he’d found the 2 parcels thrown over the wall on the Friday evening, he never spoke or saw a driver and he had taken them in as he new we’d flown home and had just told the management company that morning as they were closed on the Friday evening. Packages in bits and split open, I get a mail saying items damaged and to claim I’d to fill in forms, I told them that I don’t know what’s damaged or missing until I’m there in June to check, then they try and close the claim. Not one apology, absolute disgrace. I commented on their Instagram account and I was asked to DM and they read it and ignored it, I posted this too and then they got and block me so people can’t see it. Joke of a company, and I think the fact they are linked with DPD is a disgrace. Spoken to loads of people and they all say Seur act like this all the time, I’ll never, never, never use them again.

They consistently refuse to even attempt delivery and todays delivery i cannot collect myself as the items to large for my vehicle. I've had to go to their own wharehouse to collect previous deliveries myself a 45 minute drive away. Its not like i live in the middle of nowhere. I live in torrox on my main coast road, in a large very hard to miss appartment complex.

Terrible company
Terrible company. My orders don't get delivered nor picked up. I stayed 5 times at home because something should be returned and they never showed up without any excuse.

Terrible company, arrogant and dismissive, they forget that you pay their wages as customers and treat you like an idiot, their systems are wack and their customer service is rude and virtually nonexistent - moving forward I check with any companies if they use you to deliver and if they do I take my business elsewhere.

Lies and liars! I cannot choose to sack the incompetents at Seur as eBay uses them randomly, it seems. I was in my house for the last hour, sipping a coffee and watching the rain come down. My window looks out over the patio over the street. I even snipped the very end of a branch off as it was coming close to tapping on the window. *ping* Failure to deliver as you weren't in the house. Wut? No note, no ring on the door bell. No courier van. EXACTLY the same experience last time and I had to call them three times after three failed attempts when I was sitting on a camp chair in the street. Liars!
I absolutely hate this company
I absolutely hate this company. Not just because they're don't or won't deliver to my address which is bad enough. They are LIARS and take their customers for fools. They continually make up false excuses as to why they didn't deliver. The latest excuse or lie I have been given is that my address isn't valid. Of course this is totally untrue. They are LAZY, untrustworthy, lying fraudulent cheats. I always now try to avoid buying from companies that use them. Are you reading this Seur? I doubt it. Their customer service is non existent.
I need to add incompetent to their many failings. Their tracking service doesn't even work. Input their own tracking number into their tracker and it says the number doesn't exist.
DPD, you're great in the UK, but hang your heads in shame on these cowboys - Seur certainly won't.

A delivery was scheduled at my house today. We can see all the approaches to our house from our living room and nobody has been near, yet at shortly after 1.00pm I received an email from SEUR informing me that the delivery had been attempted 15 minutes previously. This is a downright untruth. Nobody has been anywhere near.
We get deliveries from Amazon without any problem, yet SEUR insist the address successfully used by Amazon, pizza delivery guys, etc, is insufficient or wrong. In our opinion, THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

If I could, I would give them zero stars as they do not deserve a single one. They make two delivery trials the same afternoon, two hours apart, nobody is at home - so they send the produce back to the merchant. An automated message is sent to me in the same time, offering pick up shops in the neighborhood to chose from. I select one, but the commerce is already sent back, zero effort to make a solution, to make it work... Total mess of a company, but unfortunately many Spanish companies use them. If I see SEUR as a delivery option, it is a clear no-go for me, do not order anything to be delivered by SEUR.
The worst delivery courier of all time!
This is the worst delivery courier in Spain. I've lived at my current address for two and a half years, and Seur deliver to my house almost every month, and every single time they fail to make the delivery on the scheduled date, saying that 'the address is wrong', 'customer isn't at home' or that I've 'rescheduled the delivery date'. My address is obviously correct as other couriers are able to find my house, I'm ALWAYS at home when my delivery is due, and I never reschedule a delivery. When the delivery drivers ring me I tell them that I'm at home and that I will text them the direct location of my house on Google maps (my Spanish isn't very good). In response, the drivers tell me that my address is wrong and hang up, and one even swore and shouted at me before hanging up. Even when I send multiple text messages to the driver, with the exact location of my house on Google maps, they never bother to acknowledge them or deliver to me. Customer service is nonexistent. I send numerous emails everytime to find out when my delivery will be made when it doesn't come on the scheduled date. I never get any response to my emails. Deliveries from Seur usually arrive atleast a week or more after the original scheduled date. Unfortunately companies still continue to use Seur to make deliveries, if I had a choice about the delivery courier I would never pick Seur, when I see that Seur are making a delivery to me, I always know that there is going to be a problem and I won't receive my delivery on time.

They misplaced my package that informed me that it was in a place that it was not.
After 10 days of delay they sent me an email informing me that I was in the city next door! ABSURD!
Incompetent deceitful shambles
AVOID THIS COMPANY like the plague. You will probably never get your delivery. We are still waiting for a next day delivery of £700 worth of goods 11 days later. On their 'tracking system' the goods have been out for delivery every day, followed by a litany of excuses for why they never got here, from 'driver had an accident' to 'address does not exist'. They do not have the correct phone number but there is no way of getting into the system to change it. You cannot speak to anyone and they do not even allow ZARA (whose goods are being shipped to us) to call them. Can you believe that? ZARA have to email them and, as the Zara online assistant told me, they 'do not reply to our emails'. Either this is corruption on a monumental scale or stubborn incompetence and a refusal to overhaul a system that is clearly not fit for purpose.

Finally after 20 min on telephone they transfer me to the local parcel shop where the package was supposed to be and my call was 3 times dropped without getting me the info.
I can expect a call drop for technical reasons, this happens very rarely, but 3 times and to have to go again thru all the loop of all the previous calls to try to get there and wait more than 20 min then when there was someone who was supposed to have the info, just to cut you off, it is so frustrating. And my guess is that the person just hanged up because he didnt want to deal with a case which it was not clear, i dont belive it was 3 times for technical reasons. Frustrating. Distusting service. Pathetic.
What a transformation …
Up until the end of last year deliveries via DPD/Seur from the UK to Spain were good. For the first six months of this year they fell apart and nothing seemed to get through. We still have a delivery from February stuck in the system.
Now however they are like a different company, super efficient on the import handling and delivering on time. The last three deliveries during June/July have been faultless. After 7 years we were about to switch couriers but now there is no need. Very happy.
