I came to this store after been told at Samsung Service center that they didn't have the parts my phone needed. They fixed my phone in 2 hours, it had a cracked screen and the back part, so I was able to go back to work soon. They definitely saved my day...Thank you so much!

I have never had so much problems initiating a claim and finalize it. This time was a nightmare. The only good thing they have is when you are able to finally get a live representative.
