Samsung Care+ really does not care.

Over two weeks for my work replacement phone. Over 10 calls. I can not recommend samsung care plus to anyone I know. The service was the worst.

I had zero issues with filing a claim…

I had zero issues with filing a claim with I cracked the screen on my Samsung S24 Ultra phone. I paid my deductible. The agent made me an appointment at a local repair shop and it was fixed in a couple of hours.

5 stars turned to 4 because of daily survey request.

The 1st replacement phone came fast and in factory new like condition and is the one I ended up keeping. The 2nd replacement came with some scuffs and I returned it. These devices came to me very fast and the transfer of data was very painless. The email to write this review has repeated itself every single day since. No matter what I have going on in my life I must complete this survey. It would be 5 stars without the repeated nature.

Samsung care+ Servify

Any and every failed device or care+ claim I have had SAMSUNG has never let me down!! Servify.tech was first time use, they had messages stating in lieu of part shortages delays were possible mine was almost a month, but got a prepaid phone for time being. Track request didn't update past received and had to call a few times to check on the status. They were quick to assure me it was being worked on. They shipped yesterday got it today!!! Thank you Servify.tech, SAMSUNG

I received a replacement refurbished…

I received a replacement refurbished phone. Prior to me, shipping my old one. So I could swap out my information. Then once I did that, I sent the old one back and it was done.
