I Have a server with over 250 or so mods. Easy to interact with server control hub, the mod support is the best I have encountered as of yet (have been doing this for years), staff are extremely patient and willing to work with you and find out any issues. 10/10

ServerMiner has been a great platform for hosting a server. I've been using their service for about 3 years now. The immortal server lives on! I'm pretty tech-savvy, so I've been able to fix most issues (plugin/mod related). The support has been incredibly helpful and kind and I've had no issues with them at all.

The servers work great and the staff is always really helpful and nice when I ask questions or need help with something!

You have to pay for support issues if you're having trouble with modpacks even when it is the servers issue and not your own. I have spent hours of testing now and the server itself told me to contact support just to find out I have to spend MORE money to simply contact the support team for issues the server loader itself is having.

Super duper spectacular customer service and very very easy server setup

It's hard to come here and say all this, and I may remove or adjust this if they ever do end up getting back to me but this experience has been hell from the start.
I got my server a few weeks before we opened it to people and even with only 1 player and 6gb we had issues. i thought it was me, or maybe my modpack but after hours and days of testing and fixing our server just wouldn't function any more. i sent in a ticket and it took almost 24hours for anything to send me a message, and only sent one after i said i was moving to a new host. just constantly disappointed. No way should someone be paying so much for a server for this kind of minimal function :/
We're switching to Bisect for now, who immediately responded to our questions and helped us get set up over there.

I cant even begin to describe how much better this host is than other hosts, i have tried pretty much every popular host you could think of, mcprohosting? yup bisecthosting? yup apex server hosting? yup ive tried way more than that and still none can match serverminer. The costumer support is quick, friendly and fixes any issues in no time and the control panel is so easy to understand. i've been using serverminer i think 2 years now and i dont regret it at all!

There was a Minecraft modpack that I enjoy playing and wished I could play it with friends. I searched for many server hosting sites and none of them have the modpack in their list. I checked out serverminer and I found the modpack! So far the most modpacks available for hosting in your server! Even if you couldn’t find what you were looking for you could easily create a custom modpack from anything you want. The customer support was also really fast and helpful when I faced issues with my server and they resolve them! Thanks to Felix from serverminer for the support! Best server hosting site!

Always a fast response, perfect service

I had a Minecraft server for one month with my friends; it ran great and was easy to buy and set up. After a month, we stopped paying, and I forgot that I had left automatic payments on until I was charged. I expressed this to their staff and got a fast response saying I would get a refund. Highly recommend their service and thank the staff for being so helpful!

If you have any problems or troubles with lag och anything you can always contact the support because they respond very quickly, they even responded on a saturday!

I've used Serverminer for about 3 years and I have absolutely loved it. It's super easy to install modpacks and mods. They have basically no restrictions on what you can do with the server. Even if you do something wrong support can always help and they do it super fast! I would recommend Serverminer to anyone looking to host a server. Thank you Serverminer for existing.

Super slow, hard to configure less known modpacks.

**EDIT** The modpack had a mod in it that was fighting against the automatic error detecting system on the website which is the reason why the upload never completed. I was issued a refund and was contacted quickly by the support team with the issue. I am posting the edit here by request by the team at ServerMiner. I am going to change my stars to 4. 2 for the fast response from customer service and 2 for actually issuing the refund instead of telling me "all sales final". I do recommend maybe updating the tutorials on the website for showing how to upload modpacks that are not custom as I have never done this before so by default I would not know where to go, while the only tutorials I could find on the website were for how to set up custom modpacks, not importing premade ones from Curse or Forge launchers.

I would like a refund on the server. I was unable to set up the server with modpacks, even with the "one-click installer" which took 30+ minutes to find due to no actual coherent lay out of the menus. I literally found it by mistake. After attempting ( TWICE ) to install the modpack, it would download all mods then "search for errors" and was given the wait time up to 10 minutes, which turned in to 45minutes - 1 hour ( without completing ). I attempted to do a reinstall of the modpacks again only to run into the same issue. I had high hopes for this service and was unfortunately let down with the service. I attempted to submit a mod support help ticket but you are unable to without paying for the $10 "we will do it for you!" service which is an absolute scam. I am requesting a full refund due to the absolute waste of time I spent on this trying to get a simple server set up with a modpack that I and my friends could enjoy on a weekend night, but instead wasted over 3 hours of not just my time, but my friends time too, to not be able to do anything with it at all. Very disappointing.......

Incredible hosting company. Had a small issue with setting up a custom Minecraft modpack but they were able to resolve it with in 12 hours. The control panel is incredibly well made and the access to ftp makes editing your server a breeze.
