These guys and gals will show you everything from plugins to creating your own mod if you cant figure it out they will walk you along the way. They are really supportive my longest ticket I have had has only sat for maybe a day or so. Their plugin support is on another level. I highly suggest them to everyone

Great experience with this company, specifically with James. My daughter was having trouble getting started and we reached out for assistance. He responded very quickly and helped us get sorted out. She is off and running now and thrilled with the service. Highly recommend.

I have had nothing but GRAND experiences with ServerMiner in any area I had problems! From plugin help to billing issues and even just simple kind words sent to me in tickets regarding something I may have said to them!
(I really want to give 10 stars, but there's only 5. Too bad because the staff there deserve more!)

My experience with the staff was very positive, was having loads of isues iwht started the server and they walked me through start to finish what the issue was and helped with resolving it and now its ll working perfrectly! amazing! and Thanks josh for being awesome and patient with me!

I faced severe technical issues, but after a lot of struggle, my issues were resolved in a timely and reasonable manner. Thanks to wonderful customer support, I gained what I needed, specifically from a fellow called Chris D.

I decided to move my servers onto ServerMiner and I honestly couldn't be happier. It was super easy to transfer all my files over, and Joshhh on the Discord spent over an hour helping me migrate my MySQL database over onto it. Couldn't be happier with my choice of host. Everyone is great and helpful, and my server runs much better now!

So far, server's have been working very well! Support is quick and helpful, friendly! I do recommend!

Serverminer makes it so i can use literally any modpack and play it with my friends. It is the only website i have found that lets you use a custom modpack to make a server. I created my own and it was a really easy set up there is literally pictures guiding you through it all if you dont already know how. And any problems i ran into where quickly resolved after i made a ticket.

For the past two years or so whenever I feel an urge to play Minecraft with my friends, I always look to ServerMiner to have a very pleasant and hassle free experience setting up and managing a server, and by the off chance that you do run into any issues their staff is both responsive and incredibly helpful with whatever problem you may have. If you're looking for an easy way to set up a server to play on with your friends, ServerMiner is the perfect choice!

If I ever want to start a small server for my friends and I, I always rely on these guys. I usually use the same plug-ins and server settings so setting up the server is fairly easy for me. If I'm ever trying something new, finding the files I need to change is easier than most other server hosts I have used. It's affordable and I never have any issues. Customer service responds quickly to resolve your issues and keeps their responses short and simple so you can easily understand what they're saying and how to fix your issue.

these guys have been absolutely astounding on the customer service side of things, i've been messaging their rep for like 35 minutes as we diagnose a server issue with having the newest version of a modpack. absolutely awesome and helpful, and they even asked me for preferred pronouns.
