Located in Nu Tower 2 which affords an excellent location for overseas staff on short assignment and good public transport for local staff.
Efficient service when mobilising short term staff for intensive tendering phase of projects, availability of offices and connectivity good.

A good office to start your new business. You can find everything you need in this office. Staff are friendly and the basic facilities are complete.

I have been with Servcorp (Citibank branch) for over 16 years. Obviously the service has been satisfactory or I would have moved. Everything taken into consideration, pricing has been reasonable but one has to take care with incidental expenses that creep into your billing. With care and attention to "extras", Servcorp can be reasonable value. Front desk staff are crucial and quality can vary significantly from individual to individual. This can be corrected for by taking the time to speak to the front desk staff and make sure they know what you want and how you want it done - don't wait for them to ask you. Being proactive will help you get better quality service. When they first opened they were open half-days on Saturday but that is no loner the case - this is one feature I miss.
I would recommend SERVCORP over other similar services.

Great professionalism and a wide panel of extended services to suit all kinds of businesses. The staff has always been pleasant, helpful and responsive. The only drawback is the NU Tower facilities which are way too cold (but i understand the air cond system is centralised and cannot be tuned).

The staff is very helpful and always smile.

They are professionals but have very little flexibility and sometimes you are not pre notified regarding chargeable services.
