Exfor is not a trustworthy broker. When I started making profits, they give me the worst possible prices and manipulated the trades against me. They clearly do not want clients to win or withdraw profits.

When I contacted their support team, they were completely unhelpful. They didn't reply to my mail messages and avoid answering real questions. There is no cooperation, no transparency, and no real support for traders.

This broker is only friendly when you are losing. As soon as you make money, they find excuses to take it away or freeze your account.

Stay away from Exfor. They are a scam broker and not safe for real trading.

I transferred 50 USDT via the TON network to my Exfor Exchange account on July 28, 2025. The transaction was confirmed on-chain (TXID: 0649f0fedbcdf176e941e233a90eb56ff14010448dab9a82dacd3ca1d3529ad7), and I have proof from both Bybit and the blockchain explorer showing a successful transfer.

However, Exfor has failed to credit the funds to my account, and worse, their support is completely unresponsive. I contacted them through chat and email, provided all required details and screenshots, but received either no reply or generic responses with no real help.

This is unacceptable behavior from an exchange that holds users' funds. There is zero accountability, no urgency, and no transparency. If this is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to pursue further legal action and report this to crypto fraud networks.

I’m sharing my experience to warn others. Be extremely careful when using Exfor—if something goes wrong, you may be left alone with no support.

🚫 Broken Promises & Unpaid Withdrawal – Still Waiting! 🚫
After waiting 7 weeks, Exfor.com finally sent $1500 of my pending withdrawal — but $1144 is still unpaid. They promised full payment if I removed my negative reviews, and I agreed in good faith. Now, they are ignoring my emails and live chat again. This is unprofessional and feels dishonest. I caution others to be very careful — I am still waiting for my remaining funds!

Exfor is a reliable and trustworthy broker. I received my payment without any issues. Their team is very cooperative and professional. Highly recommended!

They also offer good spreads and fast execution times. But you'll never can withdraw your money, the always answer we are working on your reqed also after 12 days.... stay away

I’m writing this review with great disappointment and a sincere hope for fairness.
I initially deposited my funds (thousands) with Exfor, trusting my account manager who assured me that the bonuses I received were tradable, as clearly stated in Exfor’s own terms and conditions. For months, everything worked as expected. My trades were open and running normally.

After receiving the bonus, my account remained fully operational for a long period, even during times when the balance was negative and the margin level was below 100 percent. In fact, the account stayed open and active for months, even while showing a negative balance larger than the bonus itself. This clearly proves that the bonus was 100 percent tradable, contrary to what Exfor later claimed.

During this entire time, Exfor never sent me a single warning or notification about the negative balance or about any risk related to margin or bonus conditions. If the bonus had really been non-tradable, the account should have been blocked or liquidated much earlier, but it wasn’t. This reinforces the fact that the platform itself treated the bonus as tradable.

Then, without any prior notice, all my positions were suddenly closed and my account was wiped out. The reason? Exfor removed the bonus from my account, which instantly increased the negative balance and caused all trades to be forcibly closed. I lost thousands of euros in seconds.

Support later stated that the bonus was non-tradable, but this is simply false and misleading. I have screenshots and certified account history clearly showing that the bonus had been fully integrated into my margin and accepted by the system, and that my account functioned perfectly even with a balance below zero. The facts speak for themselves.

What is even more concerning is that I have contacted Exfor’s management multiple times, and no one has responded. The live chat has been inactive for months, and customer service seems completely unreachable. Sadly, I see that other users here have experienced the same silence.
At first, they also refused to pay me the affiliate commissions I had rightfully earned. It took two months of persistence before I finally received them. Shortly after that, my trading account was wiped out. One way or another, it feels like they were determined to take my money in the end. Be very careful.
I have all the necessary evidence ready to present to Exfor and, if needed, to the appropriate authorities. I am not writing this out of anger or frustration, but out of a sincere hope that Exfor will acknowledge their responsibility and refund the deposit I entrusted to them in good faith.

To anyone reading this, please think twice before trusting your money to this broker. This is my honest and fully documented experience.

I deposited funds with this broker, and it took over two weeks for the money to even reach my trading account. They claimed the delay was due to me supposedly opening a Pro Account, even though a quick check confirmed I'd opened a standard one. No clear explanation for the mix-up.

Now, I’m dealing with even more frustration trying to withdraw my funds. Although my withdrawal was initially marked as processed, the transaction was later reversed by the broker with no proper justification. Despite sending multiple emails to Christos, all I get in return is vague replies like “I will look into this.”
