Ordered a hamper as a gift and it did not disappoint. Delivery was fast, with good updates along the way, and the box arrived beautifully packed. Great variety of snacks, and the beer pairings went down a storm. The snacking cheese and pickles are a highlight. Great value, will definitely order again.

ordered from Serious Pig on the 31st for delivery on the 2nd, but it never arrived.
I spoke to Ryan, who was incredibly helpful, polite, and apologetic. He assured me that a replacement would be dispatched for the following day. However, I was never sent a tracking number.
I called back on the 5th to check if it would arrive, only to be told that Royal Mail hadn't scanned it, so it wouldn't be delivered that day either. This was incredibly disappointing. I am due to travel on the 6th, and this order was meant to be a birthday present for a friend. Due to these severe delays, I now have to travel without his gift.
While Ryan’s customer service was excellent, Serious Pig really needs to look into their Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding how they transport stock to customers. Relying on Royal Mail's unreliable scanning and delivery is completely undermining their customer experience.

I would call myself a ‘regular serious pig’ :-). Amazing products and so much choice. Awesome service always and great communications. Shout out to the team and Ryan. Highly recommended as gift for self to enjoy or gift someone. 5* all the way

Very confused by all the positive reviews, as this company appears to either have folded or is a scam. Placed an order a month ago which was accepted, and I had an order acknowledgment/receipt sent to me - however the order never arrived and all subsequent emails sent asking for an update were ignored. Now at a financial loss and have been ignored completely by this company. Highly recommend avoiding!

The dill pickle crisps are just absolutely amazing!! Really enjoyed the snacking cheese too 😊. The flavours are lovely. There was a slight mix up with my order, and the wrong item arrived, but Serious Pig quickly resolved it and sent the right items, insisted we could keep the originally received items as well, and also sent a couple of extra goodies. Fantastic customer service, and a really good product. Really happy all round

Brilliant! The snacking cheese is unreal, absolutely full of flavour, it’s high protein and zero carb if that’s something you look into when you snack, but I personally like that it’s gluten free. Not a lot of gluten free snacks are genuinely good but these are unbelievably moreish and I can’t get enough of them. The snacking olives and snacking chorizo are great too, everything is fantastic. Plus if you ever have to speak to customer service, I’ve spoken to them via WhatsApp and they’re so friendly and approachable! 10/10 great company with really great products.

Very disappointed, got this Hawkstone selection for my 54th birthday today, serious pig? only one item in the box contained actual pork, which was dry and hard to eat. Sausage crisps are vegan....cheese bites are overly cheesy, not in a nice way....the scratchings taste like savory sugar puffs.

Do a full on pork selection...the best part by far was the beer and pickles.

Edit: Not the best customer service response, so please enlighten me what does "serious pig" actually imply?

I have since been on your website, it seems that it's really only the alcohol that changes and most of the items are all available in your vegan selection.

Yes my wife made a mistake not realising that there was only one item in the box what came from a pig. That said the Hawkstone was really nice which I have wanted to try since JC started making it so we ordered a case of each directly 👍

Customer service is amazing! I had a delivery issue and Ryan quickly sorted it with no fuss or stressing etc. This level of service is fantastic. Thank you ☺️

Bought the hawkstone hamper for my dad for father's day which was very good value for money and great goodies inside.

Unfortunately when my dad came back off holiday and opened it one of the packet of crisps had burst. So I emailed customer services and asked if there was anything thay could be done.

Ryan emailed back very quickly and said they would send out some more crisps and some other goodies to by way of apology. Which they didn't have to do my dad was chuffed! They arrived very quickly too.

Excellent customer service and will buy from serious pig again! Thanks for the help Ryan!

I’ve had both the snacking pickles and the cheese bites a few times but decided to order a multi box of both, plus the chorizo snacks for hubbie. After delivery, I had to contact customer services, and had the most helpful conversation with Ryan who was straight on it and dealt with it quickly. Really friendly and a very positive experience…it helps that the pickles are amazing but will be ordering again!! Thanks again to Ryan for 5* customer service!!

Had the classic hamper for Father’s day wow what can I say totally different loved every one of them couldn’t share because thay were mine all mine lovely will definitely be looking to buy more

I have ordered 2 boxes now and both have been really well received. I asked if I could change one box slightly and it was no trouble at all. The team are so helpful and a pleasure to order from.

There was an issue with the box due to a lager leakage (no fault of the company, but the delivery). I contacted Serious pig expecting a replacement box without the contents as this is for my husband's birthday. This was swiftly resolved and a new box with contents sent to me with plenty of time left before husbands birthday. I cannot fault this company or quality of goods at all. My husband has ordered one for his dad as everything was just soooooo good.

I had an issue with a parcel being delivered I had contacted serious pig straight away and the service I received was 5 star Ryan was polite and understanding but also very helpful Thankyou

Snacking cheese is my favourite snack. Had a slight issue with it the other day and contacted customer support- got a prompt and helpful response. 10/10 service; 10/10 snacks!

I have to be honest, i was very disappointed with it, the beer was just standard beer you can get in any decent off license and the snacks were sub standard. I was especially disappointed by the salami sticks. It felt like I was eating spiced edible plastic & yes I did remove the outer layer, the cheese crisps were ok but I was expecting much better, It was like the burnt bits of cheese in the oven after a pizza spill but without the burnt taste (which I would have preferred if I'm honest.)
I haven't tried the pickles yet.
I'm very grateful to my niece who bought the gift box for my birthday, which meant I didn't get the disappointment of spending money on it. The sausage crisps were top notch, I cannot fault them, probably the best flavor crisps I've tried in years & I do like the glass. Should have put something sweet in the box but for the price I think they can certainly do better.

Contacted Serious Pig over a minor issue and received immediate replies even though it was the Christmas holidays!
Everything was handled promptly and courteously and my situation quickly resolved. Amazing customer service - thanks especially to Ryan who dealt with everything.
