Very fraudulant business practices
Very fraudulant business practices. They do not inform you that you can not return products even if unused or unopened. They obtain your signature on an ipad as a consent for a free trial treatment that they provide, then use that signature as add on to any agreement they want. They provided a document to my credit card company where I signed in agreement to a no return policy and I am am someone who read everything, and I DID NOT SIGN THAT. How many complaints that this company is a Scam have to happen before legal authorities investigate them further.
We spent $300.00 on this product line
We spent $300.00 on this product line. My skin has never been this dried out. I am so disappointed 😞
Liars, Thieves and Scammers3/1
Stay away from the Sericen Plus at the Shops at The Grand Canal, Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. Scammers, crooks, liars they will scam you out of thousands of dollars and then not return any phone calls. This is a warning to all shoppers.
Horrible experience in Las Vegas store
Horrible experience in Las Vegas store. I was told I had 14 days to return the products which was absolutely not true. Should have listened to my husband. I would give them -0 if I could!
I was scammed at this store.
I was scammed at this store.
They sold me products for $400 with the promise to send them to my country, but they never arrived.
When I complained, they deleted and blocked all communication.
Scammers and thieves.
Crooks!!
Same……. Miracle mile Las Vegas cheated me out of my money with their smooth talk!
Still angry now & it was a year ago 😳
Horrible dollar store products and so…
Horrible dollar store products and so expensive, scammers and rude!
Scammed
Scammed in Waikiki , no return policy and was not informed of this at the time of purchase.
Do not go into this store or buy from them.
You will be cheated out of your money.
This company tricked my mum out of…
This Hawaiin business tricked my mum out of $4800 Australian dollars. Don't go there. At one stage they physically pushed her back into the chair and said" I am not finished with you yet"after she tried to leave. She is 79 years old so this was intimidation. She agreed on a small price to pay for products so she could get away. But when it came time to pay she was purposely distracted so she didn't see how much they were taking from her credit card. The receipt was put straight in the bag with products. After dinner she checked the receipt and realised she had been charged a huge amount of money. The next day she went back to return the products and they said no she would have to return them in Australia. They gave her a phone number to call for help but noone answered. It was their number. This cleaned out most of her holiday credit card money which was very distressing.
I am very upset that they did this to my mum.
I can’t even give one star
I can’t even give one star. This company scammed my sister and I out of 300 dollars a piece for products that do not work. Purchased in Las Vegas and tried to return the following day as the product caused irritation to the skin. We were told there are no refunds on purchases. This sales person was so rude when trying to return but oh so nice when pushing the product in our face. I would highly recommend you not to purchase anything from this company.
was lied too…
i was pushed in las vegas at ths miracle mile mall to try the amazing eye dark circle and puff eye product. if work at the store. As soon as we pay over $500 dollars thinking this stuff is amazing and was told use it once a week for a month and once a month after. so i tried it tbis monday and the product isnt working at all. i got ripped off and feel like they took advantage of something that really bothers me. i am very unhappy and will figure out how to get this scam removed so more people like me dont lose hard earned money believeing in a miracle that is a lie
I’d give this ZERO stars if possible
I’d give this ZERO stars if possible. The sales person was very pushy and against my better judgment, I bought the product. An hour after having the product the salesperson put around my eyes, I broke out and didn’t like how it felt on my skin.
I went back the next day to return the product, which was never opened. I was told there are no refunds only exchanges. I was never told there are no refunds & asked where it was posted in the store & was told it’s in the receipt. So they only let you know after you’ve purchased the product.
Still having a hard time with the syringe-like product.
I agree completly with the Hawaii…
I agree completly with the Hawaii review by Lague. Place is a scam. Extremely pushy sales people. I was sold a device I later learned was dangerous for someone like me with skin cancer history. Customer service is a run around. Avoid!
I do approve of the product
I do approve of the product! Not the pricing, i can get filler and Botox cheaper. plus, a face lift or eye lift for 5000$. I had a few samples and decided to look it up. I cannot spend that much I would love to have it though.
Horrible experience at Sericin Plus
I felt very pressured to make a purchase, which I did. Almost immediately I asked to return the product, unused and unopened. They said, "no refunds." They don't tell you this upfront and their signage has it in very small font on the wall behind the sales counter. Very shady company. I am in a dispute with them through my credit card bank. Stay away from this merchant.
Andrea's experience at Sericin Plus in Honolulu
My friend is 84...wandered into the Sericin store in Honolulu. She was given a song and dance after "Eric" swiped her cheek and rubbed this wonder wrinkle remover tool under her eye twice. They charged her 3000+tax and 3 % charge for using a credit card. The charge on her card was the total of 3235.60. However, her card had 2 charges of 3235.60 and then 323.56 (10 percent). So this store had a total charge of almost 6800.00. Stealing! Do not ever walk into this Honolulu store and get taken. The credit card company saw what a scam this store is and totally removed ALL her charges after the Sericin customer service told me they would not take her goods back. "Eric" told us when we called him that the wonder wrinkle remover was a 12,000$ tool and he gave her a real deal. These people should be taken down for fraud. Do not ever go near this store. CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS. Update....even though the store double charged for the original 3265.00 cost, they also messed with an additional charge of 326.50. So someone at the store double charged for the original cost and then added a 10 percent upcharge. The credit card company has removed the two false charges. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP PRODUCT. IT IS TERRIBLE JUST LIKE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SELLING THE CRAP. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A "LEAVE A MESSAGE AND WE WILL CALL YOU BACK". No one ever answers.
DO NOT BUY!
DO NOT BUY! THIS PRODUCT IS HORRIBLE! Suckered into store for a sample! Salesperson knew I was in a hurry and passing through on my way to the airport. They put product on one eye and repeatedly asked me for my credit card before applying product to the other eye. They never said sales are final! They lied about the actual retail cost! The product simply does not work! I washed my face when I reached a restroom because my eyes were stinging. Once product was washed off, my skin returned to normal appearance but was very irritated and dry. Reviews online are horrible with many people experiencing the same result! I called the store to complain and they repeatedly asked me what the problem is! Terrible! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I have experienced for myself the…
I have experienced for myself the unethical sales practices of Sericin retailers.
I recently approached a sales person at one of their stores to keep an eye on an elderly woman that was being heavily pressured.
I suspect sales people go through rigorous training on how to sell Sericin since it seems like every retailer operates in the same way. They'll teach employees how to manipulate vulnerable people into spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on cheap products.
The associate forcibly applied exfoliate on my hands and proceeded to ask me if I had washed my hands that day due to the dead skin coming off. This tactic is called "negging" - which (by definition) manipulates emotions and exploits insecurities to achieve sales goals. Shameful behaviour.
Just don't make eye contract at their stores and you'll be safe from this harassment. I also don't recommend buying directly from
Online because the product reviews are also horrible.
I spoke with the property manager at this mall and they assured me they're aware of the issues.
The same thing happened to me.Same…
The same thing happened to me.Same place.
Unfortunately we were pressured so much I bought the eye cream for $500 and the red light for $6000.
Who knows how long it will take for me to pay for it.
I’m just devastated.
Please stop your unethical practices.
Pretending to be someone you are not.
Stay away from that street.
So much for the Aloha spirit if they steal from innocent people.
SCAM Alert!
