The Best Distribution Service recognition for Sepulchral Silence SL. After distributing more than 100 releases i can say that it has gone wonderfully and without any inconvenience.
Obviously, as they have grown enormously in 2023, there have been some small delays that they have been able to solve very quickly.

The Worst Distributor Ever
My account was closed for receiving two strikes many months ago, and I had a considerable amount of earnings to receive.
When asked how I would receive my earnings, they responded with a generic email stating that my account was closed due to anti-fraud policy, which is obviously something I already know and not what I had asked about.
Sepulchral Silence simply stole my money.

Keep putting all of you, a 1 score. We are left with the evaluations of the rest of the legal users. Of all of you, who have not been few, who have taken advantage of a distributor with free and open registration, to take advantage of and commit fraud, which unfortunately has been a lot, sincerely your opinion matters very little to us, because as a responsible and serious company we simply We strictly enforce all of our policies and EVERY user who registers must agree that they have read and accepted them. This January is being really crazy with a lot of new releases, our quality control department is working as much as they can, but sometimes the timing could be longer than expected.

I feel that I am dealing with a Major distribution company, whether from support or service. But my only objection is the delay a little bit in replying whether the release was accepted or not as it affects the release for the pitching

During the month of January it is normal for review times to take a little longer than usual, since many songs are distributed after parties. We ask for a little patience and always recommend distributing the release at least 15 days before the release date.

The only thing is when I upload and choose a release date it doesn't drop on that date which is sometimes annoying I have to email you guys before my song is released
So please can the song reviewing be faster and the the artist told about the review situation on time
Also you guys don't give us links to the release on our release day so we can post on our social media bios
It'll be much appreciated if you guys do all of these

Yes, we pay 85% or more to all our users that do not beat our ANTI-FRAUD policy, the one you accepted when you registered your account.
Your account has 1 strike, that means that your % payout is less than 85%.
Your account has 1 strike because you distributed a release (Manam aksasho pareh kardam - UPC: 8447098267991) that was claimed by a third party. Our anti-fraud department notified you by email about this matter on 07.11.2023 asking you to "urgently confirm holding rights for that content by sending you a license, valid contract, and/or ownership certificate. All documents must be authenticated and signed." in a period of 3 days or otherwise a strike were applied.
YOU never answered nor provided what was been requested.
Finally, we fight against all users that are trying to do fraud using Sepulchral Silence, that's why our anti-fraud policy is hard and strictly.
Do you understand now why your royalty share is just 15%?
Keep in mind that 1 more strike and your account will be permanently blocked.
