​I am writing to follow up on the missing March royalties and the ongoing lack of support.
​I have removed my previous comment on Trustpilot as I believe it may have stemmed from a misunderstanding regarding your internal processes. However, the communication issue remains critical. Please do not claim that you have replied to my inquiries: my email is working perfectly, and I have received zero responses from your team so far.
​I strongly suggest you check your internal systems and outgoing mail records more carefully.

I’m Vipin Kumar, founder of The Flyworlds Digital, a music distribution and label company. I released two devotional tracks through Sepulchral Silence, but the experience wasn’t as expected.
One major issue was that YouTube Content ID was not activated for my releases, even though it was promised. This puts creators at risk, as their music can be used without proper claims or royalties.
Another problem was the delay in activating Caller Tunes on JioSaavn. Even after a significant amount of time post-release, this feature was still not live. For artists in India, this directly impacts both reach and potential earnings.
From a platform like this, I expected better clarity and timely execution of basic features. Independent artists invest both money and trust, so these services should be handled more reliably.
I hope Sepulchral Silence improves its process and provides better support for artists going forward.

I had a very disappointing experience with Sepulchral Silence. My account was suddenly suspended without any prior warning or clear explanation. What made the situation worse was that I was asked to pay a fee just to have my content taken down, which felt unfair and unprofessional.

After complying and making the payment, I expected a resolution, but instead my account was permanently suspended. This is especially damaging because they are my only distributor at this time. Even more frustrating, they have refused to take down my catalog, preventing me from redistributing my music through a more reliable platform.

Attempts to contact their support team have been extremely frustrating, with slow or no meaningful responses. There is a serious lack of transparency and communication, which is concerning for a service that artists and labels depend on.

As someone who values professionalism and accountability, I find this experience completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious when using Sepulchral Silence, especially if you rely on timely support, fair treatment, and control over your own catalog.

Overall, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience, and I hope they take steps to improve their customer service, communication, and dispute resolution process.

I'm try to transfer my releases from my previous distributor [(NotaDist) to this distribution platform after NOTA wants to close there services], and for no reason they give me "PERMANENT BAN" with no sense, so i don't recommend anyone to try my experience, sorry 😔

Edit: they trying to make me liar to clean their evil intend. (NotaDist & Sepulchral Silence use same services of Sonosuite) And i'm trusted with a Large profile on YouTube and Spotify name's Jhonny Boutros.

Guys doesn't try please because you will lose your career with this platform of thieves.

One of the worst music distributors ever, the only good thing about them is they are free. They take off the songs of catalogues suddendly and state that the songs will remain uploaded and unmonetize in order to prevent the artist for uploading the same songs through another distributors.
These Sepulchral Silence are just a bunch of cowboys that are not also the distributors but a third company of another company in Spain that is the one who hold the rights of the songs.
Placing one star to this company is being exagerated as this company diserves ZERO stars.

You are the best

I strongly warn everyone against using Sepulchral Silence. After a random 'strike', they blocked my dashboard access and kept my music on streaming platforms without my consent.
When I requested a takedown, they ignored my emails for weeks. When they finally replied, they tried to RANSOM my own music, demanding 20 EUR per UPC to remove it, or threatening a 5-year 'escrow' lock. This is a predatory and illegal practice.
They stopped paying out royalties and cut off all communication. I only managed to get my music removed by filing a formal Copyright Infringement claim directly with Spotify (which Spotify honored immediately). If you value your career and your rights, stay far away from this company. They are not distributors; they are digital kidnappers.
