Excellent quality and delivery Smells amazing

Bottle arrived smashed I have emailed twice and had zero response back.

I am incredibly torn writing this review. On one hand, the SPA reed diffusers and refill scents are absolutely amazing. They smell incredible, the packaging is lovely and secure, and the delivery was prompt. If I were rating the product alone, it would easily be 5 stars.
However, their customer service is terrible.
Minutes after placing my most recent order, I realised I needed to amend it. I emailed them immediately, but I received absolutely no reply and the order was shipped without being adjusted. This isn't a one-off issue, either. Last year, I emailed the company numerous times regarding a different order and was met with total silence.
After reading other reviews, I am genuinely baffled as to how anyone has managed to speak to "Robert." There is no phone number listed on their website, and they don't even include a receipt in the package to provide alternative contact details.
If you buy from Sensum, do so knowing that the products are great, but if anything goes wrong, you are entirely on your own. Proceed with caution!

Great customer service as my parcel got delivered to wrong address I contacted sensum asking to investigate this for me I received my order within 2 days my diffuser was in a beautiful box and the smell from my diffuser is great thankyou sensum

Great friendly service and a lovely product

Had problems with 3 items that i purchased and no reply .Due to a mix up sensum have now contacted me and offered me a replacement for 2 items and a refund for the other item as they are unable to replace at this moment in time .i must admit was surprised to hear from them but i am compleatly satisfied with the outcome and the now prompt service .Now a very happy customer that is willing to purchase from them again as the scents are beautiful

Ordering was easy and the delivery was very quick

Ordered 2 products from this site the electric diffuser which the plastic coating has started to peel off .also ordered 2 of the largest diffusers and the metal plate on the lids of both diffusers has come off .i would not say these items were cheap to buy but the quality of the goods are extremley poor .have emailed the company and there customer service is just as poor as not even had a reply .I will not be waisting
my money on this company again

Absolute worst customer service.

I bought a sensum defuser in January 2025 which is now leaking and has a burning plastic smell coming from the device. I have emailed multiple times to report this and for support which I have receive no response.

I first purchased African Sunset reed diffuser here in North Yorkshire. Loved the perfume so much I ordered the room spray in the same fragrance. It arrived very well packaged and delivered within two days of order.
Quality product and will purchase again.

I’ve bought from Sensum multiple times as I’m obsessed with their oils and Reed’s. I purchased some via the Mother’s Day sale and one was a gift for a friend, as I opened the box I noticed there was slight damage to one of the bottles. I sent a picture to their Instagram which they replied to issuing a new reed sent out which arrived the next day!! Incredible service from them!!

I recently purchased from this Sensum Scents and initially ran into an issue with my order, which was frustrating at the time. However, I have to say their customer service truly impressed me. Robert handled the situation professionally, and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. The outcome was more than satisfactory, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer. It’s reassuring to know that if something does go wrong, they stand by their products and take care of their customers properly. Based on this experience, I would definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to others.
