Placed order, only half delivered, customer services have replied they would send out immediatey, still waiting, very disappointed
Going into 3rd week now, no reply, still not received remaining items, or the money back, they haven't send a returns form, which they reply too, saying wait 3 days for email, will keep updating until we get a result.

Had replied on the 09/09/2023, stating they were looking into order, since then NO information, NO items, No refund on missing items.
Stay clear of this company absolute disgrace.

Item is fit for purpose but seems cheap quality. It will look old on a first use as colour was scrapping off on a first use. Also, communication is not good. I sent 2 emails to their contact but no one came back to me. Not happy unfortunately. Still no response

There were missing products from my order. Senshi Japan wouldn’t made the effort to email me back. I trued to communicate with them, but they just ignores my message. The rest of the products are as expected.

Awful customer service!! Would NEVER buy from them again. Would not solve the issue AND took 3-4 days to answer emails etc

Great product, great price, rapid turnaround.

Order cancelled and refunded by company without explanation. When queried, no response provided.

Great product and they got it to the UK so quickly.

I ordered a punch bag with frame for my sons birthday on the 4th June I received the punch bag but not the frame, I have emailed several times and all they say is it will get sorted I’ve since asked for a refund as it’s been more than 2 months and I have not had a reply! I advise not to buy form this site it’s shocking customer service

I ordered a punch bag and skipping rope for my son. Skipping rope didn’t arrive and I have emailed them a number of times and they have replied once saying they would send it out to me. It never arrived and they have continued to ignore further emails I’ve sent.

Everything as expected

Great experience, purchased off them on Amazon as well as their website. I asked if they could put both packages together for delivery for my son's birthday and they went ahead and sent it the next day! They were kind enough to wrap it up so that he didn't know what it was which was a major bonus.

Thank you so much Senshi, you've looked after me and I'll make sure to get my fitness equipment from you again

Frustrated and perhaps fraudulent?

I placed an order on 20 July and after 3 chase up emails I am no further forward in being provided with a delivery date.

Their website prides themselves on prompt deliveries and good customer service but they have not demonstrated either quality with me.

I have even suggested that they may be operating a fraudulent operation but even that hasn't prompted an explanation of what is happening.

Saying a refund is on the way.
No explanation or apology.

The product is good. Easy to put together and maintain. Communication was very good. The only issue was with a fraudulent e-mail disguised as the courier Evri.

Really good overall. Great communication with customer services and a great product. Speedy delivery too. Would use them again.

Brilliant! I got this for my son, he’s approaching the age where he can become frustrated (pre hormonal I think) and this is going to be fantastic to keep him frustration free and fit!

Non existent customer service! My item was supposedly shipped a week and a half ago yet is still showing as "With Sender" on the tracking. When I emailed to ask if it had gone missing I received no response whatsoever. I emailed again, still nothing. I contacted them via Facebook, nothing again. I will have to claim my money back via my bank!
