No customer service what so ever
No customer service what so ever! I signed up for a one week trial, no obvious way to get into the app after downloading, absolutely no help from customer service. overall feeling is that the whole experience was a waste of time and money! super unhappy with my experience!

A useful support
Mostly intuitive and user friendly especially with the colours and graphic features of little figurines. However it maybe just me and how I perceive content , I sometimes find it difficult to follow the programme and all the different sections. However when I focus and concentrate I finally find my way . Lorraine

I felt like I learned a lot of useful tips. I learned accountability is helpful and the check in times force you to feel and label those thoughts in your mood journey.

It gives good information even though I know a lot of it, and it helps to remind me of what to do. The app is flexible which I like, but I don't know how to retain information or how to go back and review.

Practical and helpful
Sensa is well designed and quite helpful for day to day use. The comfort of the app and it's gentle approach is one of it's strongest features. The teaching is well spread out in an easy to participate program and the exercises are quite simple to follow.

App stopped working
The app is simply not working. Third day and it doesn't even open. Do not recommend!!
Lucky enough to have subscribed for a trial period only.

It helped me a lot, I think the content is great. It's a bit annoying they are constantly updating the design.

Predatory billing practices
Predatory billing practices. Not only did I find the app content itself useless, I was also very surprised to see another 6 month membership charge to my account the other day. I thought I must have missed the confirmation/auto-renewal email but they didn't actually send one. No problem I thought, I'll email them and get it sorted out. Nope, they replied with a boiler plate email and link to their predatory terms of service and apologized while all the while refusing any refund. Their email says they, "take this feedback seriously and will use it to improve our processes," however several other reviews over the past few months mention this unethical practice as well, so they clearly are happy extracting every penny they can from unwitting customers. True scum.

An informative and effective option for ADHD sufferers
The app forces you to form healthy habits, and it keeps you on track. Provides much needed structure to life. Learning so much about myself. We all have one superpower- the ability to totally ignore what is not important to us and hyper focus on what is! The app has been a positive light at the end of a long journey with ADHD.

Build Healthy Habits
First app that has actually gotten me to get into healthy habits. I’m definitely burnt out but I’m learning how to do more for me.

Unethical billing practices
Unethical billing practices. I paid for a six month subscription but wasn’t finding the app very helpful for me personally (i chose to use another app) I wasn’t aware that I would be auto-billed a renewal. I never received a reminder that the subscription would auto renew. When the charge came through - I had to redownload the app to cancel the subscription and I immediately contacted customer service to let them know I would like a refund. They refused. This app hasn’t been logged into in over four months by me - their refund policy is unethical. Just another scam to bill people automatically!

SCAM. Don't do the trial!
This company is a scam! Do not sign up for the trial! If you try to cancel they will bill you for a 3 month subscription. Apparently you have to cancel 2 days before your 7day trial ends! Cancel on day 7 of the "trial" and they charge you $80, with a no refund policy. I never even download the app. Total scam company. Run away.

Sensa can help if you complete the steps
Sensa has helped me with my self-esteem and now I am working through the course on social anxiety. The journaling prompts are very helpful in rooting out some of the causes and helping to reprogram my thoughts using cognitive behavioral therapy. At first I got impatient with only being able to read one chapter a day but now I am understanding the importance of this requirement.

Really enjoying the app
Really enjoying the app. Sensa is easy to use. Gentle reminders provide an easy platform to check in on take actions to feel better, stay in the present moment, and move through the challenges. It does require a commitment to use daily to work optimally.

I found sensa to be very helpful in organizing my thoughts and actions. I feel less anxious and I go about my task at a pace that am happy about…
I found sensa to be very helpful in managing my ADHD on a daily basis. I started few weeks ago and I can say I am more aware of my nature and personality. I feel less guilty now for the thing I don't have control over, and I am sure that I will continue to be a better version of my self in the coming days and weeks with sensa CBT

Be aware of auto billing
Ok so like many others have said I had a very negative experience based on auto amounts. I signed up for the limited trial and was billed the full amount.
When I contacted them they said they would refund half but upon further email they did fully refund promptly.
I actually liked the app but decided not to use it in the end. I felt they actually they should never have auto billed me and the whole”good will” initial offer was rather rude. So for this reason I decided to just delete all the app.
It’s NOT a scam in my experience, and the app is nice but the customer service should be improved. Oh and don’t just randomly bill people, especially those that are perhaps seeking support!!

TOTAL SCAM
TOTAL SCAM. This company is based in Lithuania and does not have a working phone number, you can see on their website that the only way to contact them is by email. However it also states on their website that If Client purchased the subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, client may cancel the subscription only through his Apple or Google Account. I cancelled through apple in 2022 but was charged for continual renewal of services I didn’t receive twice since then and never got a renewal notification from the company which is a violation of US federal law that protects consumers against fraud and charges without their consent. I am urging consumers to be very wary of their horrible business practices. The app didn’t even work for me so I cancelled my membership before deleting the app and never got my money back for 3 subscription charges. They scam you into paying and won’t ever give a refund even if you didn’t use it and even if you attempted to cancel it.

I like the app
I like the app, how it presents information and the way it encourages and cheers you up to continue. I am only on my 5th day with the procrastination path.
Really the most important part that no app can do magic about is for you to stick with it, do the work to understand yourself better, and be able to identify early on when you slip into procrastination behaviors. I hope by the end of the 4 weeks I'll be better armed to manage my procrastination.
So all I can say to fellow procrastinators, the app is good, just hang in there and do the work. It's worth it!

ADHD for beginners/newly diagnosed !!
First, I'm newly diagnosed at the age of 36 years old, so ADHD is very new to me. I don't fully understand it even if now it is more talked about around social media, it does not mean I understand the whole concept of it.
Because I want to understand it, I went to make some research on internet and found a blog written by an ADHD Sensa member who shared similar difficulties and diagnosis.
She talked how it changed her perception toward ADHD so I was very curious to try, I had really nothing to loose maybe some money, but it's nothing compared to the struggles that I'm having.
It starts with a concise quiz, similar to the one I had to do for the my real diagnosis. It presents a plan to follow for 4 weeks where lessons are shared to do daily.
I would say, this curriculum of lessons was the hook for me because I knew that even if I was diagnosed, I was and still are an absolute noob with ADHD. I also know that knowledge is a very powerful tool to change perception and gain new confidence towards something new and difficult to grasp.
Furthermore, I'm on my 5th lesson, and I'm learning a lot, and can already feel more calm since the 1st day I started. I absolutely intend to complete the whole plan for the sake of my mental health.
If you are new with ADHD, even if you are not diagnosed by a doctor, but you really suspect that you might have it, the lessons will open your eyes, and you'll be able to confirm your doubts.

I believe Sensa is a scam site
I believe Sensa is a scam site. There are several problems. They take a lot of personal info, they do not show any registered address on their website, the founder has no surname, they attribute the brains of the app to a psychotherapist in Lithuania called Dainius Jakučionis MD, whose linked description mentions nothing about Sensa. They trick you into a minimum of 3 month subscription and you have to give them 2 days notice to cancel. You receive a message that Dainius Jakučionis has personally reviewed the answers to your quiz. They offer unsubstantiated statistics for how their app can improve your life with ADHD. I believe this is a cleverly workout scam, preying on people who might struggling to track and protect themselves from recurring billing, due to having ADHD. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission.
