When i first started and my 5th year

When i first started, i did not know anything about email marketing. I have visited various websites and tried to understand it. I found Sendpulse very helpful and easy to understand. And i Started.

Now it is my 5th year with Sendpulse. I've learned a lot and keeping using Sendpulse for my email marketing jobs.

Run, go anywhere else.

Clunky UI, really bad developer experience (documentation incomplete, undocumented API features, barely any functioning examples, no templating language to speak of.. just pass my JSON through handlebars, but no, this is probably some 20 year old leftover legacy PHP5 code turd that they're trying to polish up), you'll be constantly waiting for their moderation queues, and they'll flag your content as spam, probably because their reviewers don't even speak the language they're reviewing (I tried a whole day getting a transactional email unblocked that welcomed my paying customers to their educational courses and provided parking instructions etc, weird ass spam email if you ask me)

At the same time, SendPulse aims to maintain high email deliverability standards. To achieve this, we follow our Anti-Spam Policy, which includes checking mailing lists and message content to ensure emails are sent only to confirmed subscribers. Sometimes, certain account settings or third-party tools can trigger automatic warnings, even if no active campaigns are being sent. This can, unfortunately, lead to delays or additional reviews.

We understand how frustrating it is when important transactional emails get blocked, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. If you ever face a similar situation again, please don't hesitate to contact us directly — we’ll be happy to review the case as quickly as possible.
