My suitcase did arrive

My suitcase did arrive, later than it was scheduled. These things happen and I wasn’t upset about that so much as the lack of communication concerning delayed delivery when you are expected to wait in from 9am to 10pm. After wasting half a day waiting in, two days in a row, before contacting them only to find out it wasn’t coming, I was then bombarded with messages the following morning to say it was on its way.
It’s an excellent service and I would still use it again but the lack of communication was very frustrating.

They came to my house

They came to my house. They good instructions. I was able to call and in just a few short days my package was delivered internationally. I dont see anyone who could beat that and I looked they deserve their 5 stars!

Everything was great except delivery

Everything was great except delivery. It required me to be home to sign for the bag. They attempted twice. The third time was a Saturday, so I happened to be home. There was no option to have it delivered anywhere else or pick up from somewhere unless they failed on the third try.

Excellent service & prompt delivery

Excellent service. I asked a number of questions as needed to send order to their head office before it could be shipped to Australia and they were always answered promptly. App was great for receiving tracking updates and bags arrived in Australia ahead of schedule

It's almost shocking how CONVENIENT and FAST this service is. SendMyBag.com puts all the other shipping companies to shame. I will forever be a dedicated customer to this company. The customer service is on par, the instructions are user-friendly, and they anticipated all of my needs. And the best part of it all, is that pricing is significantly affordable than your average shipping company. I like working with companies that treat me like a human being. It only makes me want to do business with them even more. I love SendMyBag.com so much, I honestly want to work for the company LOL! They are honestly good people. You can tell this is a great company.
