Sendle has been extremely unreliable. On several occasions, drivers have falsely claimed that goods weren’t ready, even though they never showed up. If you don’t mind chasing people, wasting your time... See more

COURIERS PLEASE in disguise
COURIERS PLEASE in disguise! Nowhere on eBay (where I purchased a sendle postage service) does it actually say that they are owned by couriers please, but once you print out the label it's right there!!!
I booked them days ahead, received NO communication and then nobody turned up to pick up my parcel.
AVOID!
Totally incompetence service from not…
Totally incompetence service from not delivering the parcel, not returning parcel and getting it loss, and not refunding when false advertisement refund up to $300. totally misleading company keep away at all costs
Unreliable
Unreliable. Post is ALWAYS late and tracking is terrible. Shame on EBAY for cheaping out and partnering with this company. I refuse to sell on ebay because of this, as it results in buyers / sellers having to wear the shoddy service that sendle barely provides.
Cheap postage but poor service
Cheap postage but poor service, I recently have trouble with them about delivered but not received and they take no responsibility about it. Will never use their service again.
"Attempted delivery"
I love in a block of units with a shared from entrance and buzzers. They stated they attempted to deliver my item when I was at home, no one bothered to buzz my unit and they left a card, where you might ask? As do I. I have a very secure mailbox that they could have left said card in but they didn't put it in there because reasons? I guess. So I organised redelivery with clear instructions on a safe place to leave my package. Multiple other companies have left packages there, it's out of view of any passers-by. I was home when they "attempted" redelivery, once again did not buzz, did not leave the package and stated they left a card which they did not.
So I contacted customer service. Marc from customer service obviously has better things to do than his job because it took him upwards of 15 minutes to find my package information and an equivalent amount of time to respond to any of my questions.
They won't reattempt delivery because they have already "attempted" twice. So my only option is to pick up from the depot or it will be returned to sender.
The best part is I order from a shop that's approximately an hour from my home. The depot is the same distance. You'll be happy to know I paid the delivery fee for them to pick it up from an hour east of my house and drop it off an hour west of it.
Avoid
The worst delivery company I have seen so far, I feel sorry for sellers who use this service. My item has been sitting in the same spot for a week and it took them 3 days to pick up from supplier. No reply to emails and impossible to get on to chat. I will be avoiding sellers who use this company. Melbourne to Sydney still sitting in Melbourne, in the mean time items from China to Sydney arrived in six days go figure.
Worse of the worse
Worse of the worse, every time. I wish eBay would just stop using this useless carrier. Unfortunately, I had no option to choose. Always late, always excuses and false promises. Why eBay? WHY?
Avoid at all costs
This pathetic company cannot get an item from WA to Queensland within 3 weeks. I will not be buying from the company that uses this courier service and I will certainly be avoiding every company that uses this COURIER service!!!! This isn't absolute joke! Contact with this company is appalling services appalling ..I just don't even understand how it gets contracts.. AVOID!!!!
Can't go lower than 1 star or i would…
Can't go lower than 1 star or i would give them Zero!
Bunch of incompetents! There drivers are useless and don't pick up items from the drop-off point for days.
Im surprised they are still in business.
Unfortunately it is not possible to rate less than 1 star
Sendle have poor processes which ultimately impact delivery times and result in very poor customer service. In my Instance, there was a claimed "delivery attempted" and "card left" no card was found. tracking wasn't available and given I was home all day and no card was found I find it hard to believe a delivery attempt even occurred.
Terrible
Terrible, address was wrong on parcel but even though not delivered they had no way of stopping the delivery. Now some random person has my item and no one had to sign for it. Very disappointing when the item was nearly $100.
‼️Liars ‼️
‼️Liars! Purchased a product on eBay, not realising seller used Sendle. Received an email from eBay, “attempt was made to deliver, unsuccessful. Card left “. No attempt was made, I was home all day, received other deliveries. No card left, therefore I cannot organise another delivery. Sendle can’t be contacted over the phone or in writing. Messages receive only bot rubbish answers. Not even allowed to pick up package from nearest depot. Keep away! ‼️
Great if you don't want your packages or timely refunds
Both times I've had to use Sendle have sworn off me ever using them or buying anything from someone who does.
The first time the package was 3 weeks late and just dumped in front of someone elses unit in my block, the second they delivered to the wrong address and my package was lost. After 2 months of both me and the seller going back and forth with them I got my money back.
Sendle gave me 0 information, didn't send pictures of the delivery to me when asked, and I was forced to have to play a game of telephone with them and the seller.
If you want your packages delivered on time (or at all), or to have your money back without having to constantly pester both Sendle and the seller over literal months, don't use them.
Edit: Judging from other reviews I feel I have to say I did get a full refund, but only because the total value was under $100.
They are beyond useless
They are beyond useless, first time using them buying off ebay. Latest delivery was 29th April: now 5th of May (11 days to travel about 200km!!!) They claim 98% of deliveries in two days.. Don't bother with their customer service, they dgaf they just want to get more money out of the sender by making it express (which is also two days 🤔) My package is a birthday present for my mates daughter, I just spent $400 on the same item because showing up to a 10th birthday party in hospital empty handed wouldn't be good to say the least. Disgraceful liars.
Poor
Poor. Did not pick up parcel on 3 seperate days. Had to contact customer service on 3 consecutive days, as day- after day the parcel was not picked up despite being told it would be a 'priority' pick up. Ended up taking the parcel to the post office. Never again
Ongoing international issues
Overseas packages are not even attempted to be delivered, just returned to me . Then they attempt to deliver in Germany 2 months later. The parcels just dont get returned ever!!! Also they just put up the international delivery cost from $48 to $179 overnight with no warning and no accountabilty. Just saying we didnt change anything and we are looking into the issue but never any resolution.
Sendle (Couriers Please). Avoid frustration, burn your money rather than trust these incompetents with your parcels.
Sendle (Couriers Please) are the absolute stand out in utterly inferior performance.
On two occasions in the last fortnight they have absolutely failed to deliver and their drivers have been proven to be pathological liars.
On 31 March an item was supposed to have been delivered to my business address but the driver recorded on the tracking that our business was "permanently closed". I was onto this within an hour and provided them CCTV footage of the van pulling in, the driver never getting out, me walking past the front of the van (and waving to the driver) as I walked past to speak to a customer and was promised redelivery which also appeared on the tracking. Incredibly, the following day, the tracking had reverted to the business being permanently closed and the item had been returned to sender. The sender received the item back on 15 April and it had been completely destroyed in transit and Sendle categorically refuse to do anything about it.
Second parcel was due to arrive so I pre-emptively contacted Sendle to avoid the complete farce of the first parcel but I may as well have saved my time. Received an email at 5:24 PM on 15 April (yesterday) to advise my parcel was on board for delivery that day. I contacted them immediately (around 4-5 minutes later) and was told the driver had tried to deliver at 8:24 AM but that the business was closed; back to the CCTV footage which proved the business was well and truly open and a van hadn't even done a drive-by. There had been ZERO on the tracking to suggest that the item was out for delivery when I left work at 5:00pm. Today they're at a loss to explain what went wrong and their communications are full of platitudes and completely unhelpful "assurances" that they care but they still absolutely refuse to offer any sort of service or delivery updates.
The first, destroyed, parcel they absolutely refuse to provide compensation for and now they've mis-delivered the second parcel and haven't the vaguest interest in actually doing anything constructive about resolving the issue.
Booked with Sendle - big mistake
Booked with Sendle. Took them a week to actually turn up to collect the item. They were given instructions that the item was behind a pillar on the porch (to stop blatant theft) but ignored instructions and their van just rolled by. No stop. No approach to the property etc. Then sent us an email saying they attended but our goods weren't ready for collection. Dumped them at this point.
They get 1 star for honouring their auto refund so we could use it to book another courier service.
I waited at home all day for a parcel…
I waited at home all day for a parcel to be picked up. They do not let you know when they are coming, do not text or email before pick up and don't even try to knock on the door to pick up a parcel. Will not be using again.
Disappointing service, I am switching to Fedex
Continuously missing pickups, massive delays, damaged package not compensated. I had to spend countless time and money apologising to customers and sending replacements with express shipping. Do yourself a favour and not use this company!
