Do not be tempted by their cheap prices! They are terrible

Do not be tempted by Sendle being a few dollars cheaper. I have NEVER had any delivery go smoothly with them, ever… i’ve given them so many chances and they stuff up every single time. They take days to pick up parcels, promise to pick up again the next day and STILL fail, they forward the blame onto the customer saying they “couldn’t find the parcel” directly in front of their feet (thank goodness for doorbell cam) or claim you didn’t provide instructions like “knock on the door” i guess they just stand at doors hoping you will just sense they’re there? You never know until after 5pm if they failed to pick up so it’s too late for you to take it to AU Post yourself. AU Post may be expensive but at-least they get it right slightly more often than these guys who are just a spin off of Couriers Please - also terrible and must stand for “couriers please do your job!”. Just stay away and don’t say i didn’t warn you.

Terrible

Terrible! They 'delivered" my parcel with 'Proof" photo - except that it was NOT my property! I contacted them--they have started an enquiry! - this could take 7 days! then they will get back to me! So poor for a time sensitive product that cannot be purchased locally. They are hopeless and I suggest you avoid them at all costs

Shocking customer service

Parcel booked in for 11 June 2025 and was collected. The system showed that it was not collected and prompted me to reschedule another pick up when it was already picked up. When I ignored it, the incessant messages would continuously appear stating further dates to booked in. Outraged at what had eventuated, i decided to spend a significant amount of my time launching an investigation with customer service staff who did little to help. Absolutely shocking experience and beyond a joke. I recall getting the driver as he picked up the package as well!

I have had my account for over 12 months now and never had an issue with the collection and drop off parcels until 2 weeks ago. The first become being what was described as per above and the next is when the driver decided not to collect the parcel as anticipated yesterday.

He finally came yesterday and I asked him what was going on and he said he didnt have my address number. I was about to launch into him however I remained composed and stated I didnt know what he was referring to. My account has always had my address. The business model basketball deteriorated rapidly and sendle have substituted costs for profits. Infuriated at the reputation it has left for my buyers. Shocking business model. It is CHEAP for a reason. Customer service is non existent and so many bad reviews is not a coincident!! Disgusting and pathetic business model thst don't deserve my business!!

4 weeks from Melbourne to Hobart.

My package ( #S6XWN7Z ) took almost one month to get from Melbourne to Hobart and when it did get there it was so badly damaged that i had to refund the buyers money. Ebay push Sendle on to their sellers and when everything goes wrong, Ebay have no interest in helping.

Use Sendle: if you want to lose your delivery and spend days, weeks and months engaging in tangents with people who neither care nor help anything

Absolutely horrid.
They routinely lied about attempted deliveries ( I was ill the entire week & spent time on the couch near the window, zero chances of missing courier van ).
Lied about this delivery #4
Misplaced two of my previous parcels ( no recourse, no compensation), showed me the “ proof of delivery”( photos of the wrong house).
Parcel #3 was dropped at random BP station ( they use participating businesses as drop off “ hubs”, further increasing the workload of already poorly paid & exploited gas station attendants etc). Zero notification; I had to chase it with the buyer who then had to chase it with Sendle & Sendle just never bothered with re-delivery. It took weeks to find out that parcel ended up in this absolutely random place — the BP station in the next suburb ( nope, not kidding) .
I was recovering after major surgery; had to beg gas station attendant to hold on to my parcel for 2 weeks. Finally collected it, at gas station 15 min drive from my house, in the next suburb .
If Sendle expects clients to “ fetch” their own parcels, why are we paying for deliveries ?
Sendles contractor, Couriers Please ( they are as useless as a p3nis flavoured lollipop I must add) employs people who ROUTINELY lie about “‘attempted deliveries” and drop parcels considerable distance away from buyers homes ( 1 hr drive ( each way!) to collect my parcel? They are DREAMING , these clowns ). Couriers Please drivers are paid per scan , so I was told by Sendle’s rep : they scan parcel as “ delivered” as soon as they enter your street ( and then never attempt to deliver, go back to warehouse, leave your parcel there & scan again— that counts as TWO trips hence double the pay for them , and bad luck for the recipient because now you are stuck with incompetent, disjointed company, notoriously difficult to contact , and stuck with no real resolution. You will be going blue in the face talking to the bots and different customer service agents ( via the chat, no phone lines at Sendle)—- and you WILL be given meaningless apologies and assurances . What you WONT be given is your parcel delivery timeframe , location or assurances of impending compensation for your loss of time, income and inconvenience.

Sendle( evidently )employs bunch of people to man the computer chats & scout the review websites.
I’ve left negative review on Products Review —- literally, without warning, in 15 min some weirdo from Sendle dialled my number and informed me that “ this conversation is being recorded”( WTAF?!)
I’ve told him that I’d like the recoding to be switched off ( I don’t trust these weirdos with biometric data & voiceprint , Sendle has actually advertised “ DATA MINING” jobs in their website, BUYER BEWARE !)—- and he replied “ Understood!”— and hanged up on me.
Weirdos phone number had no option of calling back , hence, I was left with no recourse and weirded out, to say the least. It’s like they show interest & pretend that they want to help— but don’t care enough to even listen to you .

Literally 3 min after the weird phone call from Sendle’s rep , my parcels tracking status on their got updated to “ leave parcel in depot as per customer request”.
WTflamingF , again?
I’ve never requested such thing , what I did requested ( online) with delivery #4 is for parcel to be dropped at nearest gas station which is 15 min drive away from me—- and only because their Couriers Please delivery partner are incompetent liars who will just drive my parcel around ,again, and drop it at depot , again ( like previous 3 deliveries 2 out of which were lost as delivered to wrong places ).
Sendle steals ( and sells) your info , and you want to find out about the CEOs previous employment with FedSat launch( google it , does Sendle sells your home pics to ADF / government/feds? I would not trust them with my rubbish, let alone with my data .

So, basically, having stuffed up FOUR ( different) parcels, they dropped parcel #4 at their couriers depot , 1 hr drive away from me, and expect me, a customer who paid seller full rate for delivery to “ go fetch” my sh1te at Dandenong?
These clowns are DREAMING.
I’ve aplied for refund via eBay & will NEVER use sellers who engage with Sendle or Couriers Please .
Literally , the movie “ Swift and Shift” couriers was based on Sendle & Couriers Please.

You have a choice

When ordering from any company find out who they use for deliveries- if it’s sendle ask to change to an alternative.

If they don’t give you another option
Buy from another company.

Read the real reviews of sendle you will understand why.

I wouldn’t recommend these to my
ex-wife.

This company uses couriers who are not professional, lie about when a parcel has been delivered in order to claim the cost.
I have instructed my purchaser to check before placing an order with our suppliers not to use sendle and use another service like Australia post - this may increase our delivery cost, that absolutely fine I would rather deal with a company whom doesn’t use contractors who are 100% liars
So James chin moody you may have started up sendle and are currently the CEO but your way out of touch with the end user
Cheap is not always cheerful especially when the company you deal with are dishonest.

Completely useless service

Completely useless service. No integration between conversations between support staff. Parcel was left at the drop off point for two months before the buyer advised me the parcel had never arrived. A constant loop of useless advice, lies and misinformation. Currently in the process of making a claim but highly unlikely it’ll come through. Avoid at all costs. Do not use.

Total idiots who carry a parcel around…

Total idiots who carry a parcel around in the van all day and then take it back to the depot! Then they try again next day and the same thing happens. To all eBay sellers,DO NOT use this useless company. Stick with Australia Post or you will certainly not get any purchases from me.
Update, this has happened again because an idiot eBay seller sent my parcel with Sendle. Once again they have given the parcel a wonderful tour of Sydney for two days without actually delivering it! Viewers, please message eBay and ask them to stop including this useless company in their postage options.

Avoid Sendle Avoid !!

Avoid Sendle Avoid !!! The worst freight company ever !
Took over 3 weeks to deliver a box from south of Brisbane to the Mid North coast of NSW. I ordered a clothes line the same day from Wollongong and it arrived the next day with Direct Freight perfect. Not Sendle though after the first week you could no longer track the box, wasted an hour trying to get through to someone only to be told she could not track it and when it did arrive the box looked like it had been kicked all the way here. never again

Horrible

I have never been mucked around more by a courier company in my life. After finding out that Sendle packages DO NOT GO TO LOCAL DEPOTS if you are unable to be there for delivery, I was told that I would have to arrange a re-delivery. As my partner and myself work full time, our only option was for my partner to take Wednesday off of work UNPAID so that someone would be home. The reason we chose Wednesday was because that was what was to told to us as Monday and Tuesday were to soon, but we were assured Wednesday would work. Now come Wednesday, not ONE SINGLE UPDATE. I have spoken to multiple different people who I have had to explain my story to every single time and when I asked if I could call back the same person (John Lery), I was told this was not available. I was then called back by "Justine" who said that she had the contact number for Couriers Please (?) which I was told by John didn't exist. Upon calling the provided number, I found that this number was ONLY FOR BUSINESSES WHO WERE SENDING PACKAGES. It is now 1pm and still nothing. All I have wanted is a definitive answer if my package would be delivered today so that if the answer was no, my partner would be able to go to work. This has not happened and I am now not getting any call backs from Sendle. Horrible, horrible experience that is still continuing.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS — Disgraceful Service

If I could give zero stars, I would. Sendle has provided one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever encountered. Parcels are consistently collected late and delivered well beyond the estimated timeframes.

I have tried repeatedly to work with them, hoping things would improve — but the service has only gotten worse. Communication is poor, accountability is non-existent, and any attempt to resolve issues has been met with delays and excuses.

This is not an isolated incident — it’s a clear pattern. I will never use Sendle again, and I strongly urge others to avoid them. Do not trust them with your business or your customers.

Lost 100% of all parcels sent

Sent 2 items on ebay - lost 2 parcels thanks to Sendle.

That's 100% parcel losing rate - a record that's hard to beat.

I'd use them as a garbage for dump.

They are completely unreliable and fail to deliver every single time. Bought a breast pump off eBay and they couldn’t even mark the parcel has received from sender. Then spent over a week doing an ‘investigation’ which they found nothing and requested more time to hunt down the package. Never ever ever use sendle services!!!!
