The test kit arrived promptly. The returned sample was analysed quickly, and the result was emailed despite it being an Easter weekend.

Provided reassurance and clear points to follow up on.
After experiencing symptoms that can be of concern, I ordered a test kit and sent samples back. Selph's medical professionals swiftly provided feedback based on test results that settled more worrying points, and provided feedback for a later followup check on less serious but annoying symptoms that I hope will help resolve those in future.
I expect to use their services again in future.

Fast, easy service giving peace of mind

Great service with fast results. The customer service team are also great with no issues with refunding or reinstating test kits. The website is also pretty easy to navigate around.

The procedure for requesting a blood…
The procedure for requesting a blood sample kit and then taking the sample and returning it for analysis was very quick and easy. The blood test report was issued exactly when promised and was very informative and helpful. All in all a very good service!

Easy home blood test and clearly explained results
The process for taking the blood test was clearly explained and easy to follow. Once my test was received by the lab a few days after I posted it, I got my results and reports very quickly. The information provided is detailed and clearly explained. Very happy with the experience overall.
