Horrendous!
Been back and forth with this company for two months trying to get a refund for terrible quality jackets.
Returned via tracked post, item received an still they won’t give me my money back. Or call me…
“We are very sorry if we do not have phone support at the moment. We are working on this to provide better customer service and experience in the near future.”

Ridiculous, avoid them.

Not having seen the reviews I was totally taken in by their advertising and ordered an "elegant women's cashmere sweater for winter warmth" which looked great in their picture. After weeks of waiting and emailing I finally received a cheap man-made fabric copy of the original which bore only a passing resemblance to what was advertised. I complained and was told l could return it to China at my own expense, quoted £50, for a refund. After a couple of more emails I was told I still had to return the item to China but as a "goodwill gesture" they offered me 70% off my next order with them. I wish I'd never heard of them or had read the reviews, it's a lesson learned. Don't buy from this Company, you're wasting your money and time If I could rate them no stars I would. This are a total scam organisation AVOID,AVOID, AVOID!

12 days ago i ordered a lovely copper brown hooded winter coat size medium, what i received is a beige very small coat with an army logo on not even remotely like what i ordered.after emailing they said they will give me 20% off my nxt purchase as a good will gesture.i replied by saying i wont be needing it as i wont be ordering again.they said i can send it back for a full refund of £55 but it has to be sent to their main warehouse in China at a postal cost of £50, wish id read the reviews first

This company is a scam. Been waiting almost 3 weeks for my item and still hasn’t arrived. Constantly emailing the company and nothing has come back to even acknowledge my emails. Avoid this company at all costs or you will lose money

Customer service try to resolve with discounts off future purchases ! Or return at a cost higher than the value of the garment.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Not at all what’s pictured, not worth anything let alone the price tag!! Quality is awful! On top of that you have to battle with them for a refund and then pay for international shipping yourself!! AVOID!!

This company is a scam. They do not reply to emails, and they sent me the wrong dress. I have tried multiple times to contact them but cannot get through. Avoid this company—do not use them!

I order a summer dress that is have a white collar and the rest of the dress is blue I received a full blue dress

Completely misleading experience. I received entirely different items than what I ordered, and the quality was extremely poor. Attempts to contact customer service for a refund have been ignored, no replies to emails or phone calls. Strongly recommend avoiding this company

Do not use this website, it is a scam. Products are sold at inflated prices and what arrives is of poor quality and not at all like what is promoted on their website. Save yourself some time and do not buy from this site.

Products received in Shein style bag, and material composition was different to what was advertised. Was expecting good quality due to the pricing and the sleek website. Was ignored when I asked to return them items for a refund. Scam.
