Looking back, I regret selling with this company. They charge fees for everything. If an item doesn’t sell within a few weeks, they take money from your Sellpy account. I trusted them with a lot of items and paid for packaging and other costs. Sadly, I’m not making a profit—I’m actually losing money!! Don’t make the same mistake, this is such a scam set-up,

Jeg prøvede først Sellpy med en masse gammelt tøj og blev positivt overrasket over processen. Derefter fik jeg overtalt min kæreste til at tømme sit klædeskab for alt hans dyre tøj og sko, som han ikke længere brugte. Der var så meget, at jeg måtte bestille to poser mere.

De første poser blev afhentet, og jeg tænkte ikke mere over det, før jeg modtog en bekræftelse på de næste to poser. Så skrev til Sellpy, da jeg ikke havde fået en bekræftelse på de første to poser. Svaret var, at de desværre var blevet væk. Min kæreste skulle i forvejen overtales til at prøve konceptet, så han blev ikke glad da jeg bad ham om at huske alt det tøj, han havde lagt i poserne. Det havde han slet ikke styr på. Der var rigtig meget tøj i hver pose. Efter noget tid fik jeg besked om, at vi havde fået 500 kr. i kompensation for hver pose. Det reagerede jeg hurtigt på, da vi havde pakket en jakke, der var mindst 1.500 kr. værd, samt flere andre dyre ting. Så det kan på ingen måde retfærdiggøres. Nu svarer ingen mig. Pengene er overført, men jeg er meget utilfreds med det lille beløb. Er det overhovedet lovligt? Skal det ikke politianmeldes, når mine varer forsvinder i deres varetægt? Desværre har jeg allerede sendt de to andre poser afsted. Men det er sidste gang, jeg bruger Sellpy.

I first tried Sellpy with a lot of old clothes and was initially very positively surprised by the process. Then I convinced my boyfriend to empty his wardrobe of all his expensive clothes and shoes that he no longer wears. There was so much that I had to order two more bags. The first ones were picked up, and I didn’t think much more about it until I received a confirmation for the next two bags. So I wrote to Sellpy, asking if there had been a mistake because I hadn't received the same confirmation for the other two bags. The response was that unfortunately, they had been lost. My boyfriend already needed convincing to try the concept, so when I was asked to explain what was packed in the bags, I couldn't believe it. There was really a lot of clothes in each. After some time, I received a message that we had received 500 in compensation for each bag. But I quickly reacted to this because I knew we packed a jacket worth at least 1,500 and several other expensive items. So this is in no way justifiable. But now no one is responding to me. The money has been transferred, but I am in no way satisfied with such a small amount. Is this even legal? Shouldn't it be reported to the police when my items disappear while in their care? Unfortunately, I have already sent the other two bags. But this is the last time I use Sellpy.

Products were as described and were delivered in time.

Do yourself a favor and do not try to sell your stuff on this website. I have sent my bag sometime in February and it is now almost the middle of April and still none of my items are ready for listing. I’m sorry but what is the point anymore. I could have sold the items in all this time on other apps where I could get full price for my items. Emailed them and they were not able to provide any useful information. The duration on the processing of my bag has been increased two times since your bag has been in your possession, due to the high income of bags. I’m sorry, my bag was received in February, does that mean that it was back tracked for other earlier ones, who knows at this point. Overall a very disappointing experience that I would not recommend for anyone. Better to make an effort and that some photos of the items yourselves, than to give money to this company for every single thing just so in the end you discover that you were better off just giving the items for free to someone.

Good deals, fast shipping and well-packed items.

Sellpy is borderline a scam, they lost the majority of the items I sent in, and the items they did sort they sold for way lower than the agreed upon rate. I've tried contacting them multiple times to find a resolve and they have yet to give an actual response to help the situation. The only people I've heard postive results from are influencers who are paid by them to promote it. Don't waste your time and money on this sub par selling system.

Ordered and paid for two products from Sellpy. Received delivery date and tracking.
On delivery date, nothing arrived, so I checked tracking. Sellpy hadn’t even given them the package yet. I contact Sellpy.

I request a refund for the shipping. They instead offer 1) a bag with their logo 2) 50kr for future purchase, or 3) next order free delivery

All three options force me to spend more money on them! (Or advertise for them 😂)
What a joke of a company. They should’ve just admitted their mistake and refunded me. Won’t be buying there again.

Bought a beautiful ladies handbag..unused and delivered as required...first time I've bought on here but not the last..highly recommend if you looking to save money on specialist items..though the Web site is full of a lot of items for resale...

They stole my bag . And because of my rude and not nice language they don’t tolerate emails and stop congratulation.
They stealing bags with good brand items.

Might be fine place to buy, I don't know, but if you actually want to get some money for your items it does not make sense to do it through Sellpy. I sent off items worth maybe € 150 in total if I were to sell it all by myself, at this time (when my articles are about to expire), I have earned just around € 5 from it in total. Most of it was sent to recycling straight away, in a selection process that seems almost random - some of my most worn-out stuff was put online while some completely new items were sorted as dirty or worn and discarded.
The items that got through sorting were on the site so long that the price got down to nothing, if sold at all - and when they take € 1 per item, in addition to the 60% of the purchase, selling something for € 4 stops making a lot of sense. You end up only getting roughly 10% of the price it is sold for, which is already set very low.
The items I sent that were worth a lot have not been sold at all, only some of those set below €10 have. And in that case, as mentioned, it isn't very different from donating it all from the get-go.

However, the process in itself was fine. The bag was sent to me, picked up on time, and getting the money out was easy. They do what they say they will, but financially it ends up not making much sense for the seller.

I have bought twice from sellpy and both times I was very satisfied with my items. The shipping is fast, and products as shown on pictures.

Quick in sending and expedite arrival, days before promised. Item nice and perfectly fine according to description.

Sellpy is not worth your time to sell the items, because they take SO much % of it, does a bad job to sort the clothes and does not take responsibility or your side as a seller when it's clearly not your fault. And if you don't sell the item- they also take money?Like what the hell?

After 17 mails regarding a money transfer to my bankaccount, Im now starten from scratch. They answer late friday afternoon once a week, and arent helpfull at all.
I have sold 12 item and have earned 280 kr. all in all. They earn so much money on every pjece of clothes.
If i want my last to pieces sent back it will cost me 49 kr.

Very bad experience. Even new items with tags are estimated to only good - not very good. Two pair of expensive Gran Sasso polos with a special indigo color was estimated to have discoloration even though that’s not the case only very bad pictures of products. Three pair of brand new pants - one pair was estimated very good two pairs estimated to only good. Customer service declined to change anything. Will charge you for return shipping plus additional fee per item. Think carefully before using this company and don’t sent anything new or expensive.

Sadly I had a very bad experience with sellpy. I was told that the wait of selling my clothing online would be about 2 weeks. It’s been two months and I just received an email saying that I’ll have to wait for 2 more.
So please use sellpy if you have plenty of time.
Next time I’ll probably use another company to sell my clothing, and I don’t think I’ll recommend it to friends and family:(
