My glasses are great
My glasses are lovely however the black frame glasses are only good for watching TV. Too fuzzy for reading. The prescription was same for both pairs.

Great service
I have used SelectSpecs many times over the years because of the overall quality of the product. There is a good selection of frames on the site which is easy to navigate. The cheap frames are especially good value allowing me to order several pairs of reading glasses which I have a habit of misplacing. The ordering process is straightforward and the progress can be monitored online. I have ordered glasses for reading and distance as well as a pair of distance sunglasses The glasses are all of good quality and well dispensed. The only problem can be with the Royal Mail delivery which can be slower than expected.

I got a call to tell me that the perscription had changed and looking into it, it was my error. Really pleased that the compnay took the time to remedy my mistake otherwise my glasses would have been wrong.

Good glasses, delivery disappointing.
The process of ordering the glasses was very straightforward and the prices really good. the quality was fine for the price and they worked extremely well as my driving glasses. The only problem was delivery. I paid £11 for express delivery and ordered my glasses at 11.00am Friday. By Friday afternoon the had been dispatched. Unfortunately Royal mail doesn't work on Saturday so i had to wait until Monday for them to deliver the glasses, hardly express!

Good easy process for ordering and choosing frames. Good delivery time. They did cost more than £6 as advertised. Three pairs of glasses with basic frames were total of nearly £50. Bit misleading. But hey. Still cheaper than the high street

The site wasn't obvious that the glasses selected weren't part of the offer.
On enquring I was sent a link to the 8 or so frames in the offer
Overall not impressed probably won't order again

Really good, I go through a frame ever 6-12 months (oops!) so having a cheap but comfortable option is really good. Only thing to note is sometimes it will try and charge for delivery twice if you click it when adding to your basket and checking out
