So happy with this company! Vodafone no longer had the phone I really wanted so I found this company online, not only they changed my phone with a different colour I requested on a WEEKEND right before dispatch from the delivery hub, but delivery itself is super fast also! They work really well behind the scenes, product is brand new and a brand original, I am beyond happy with it and excited I got my hands on it, their prices are decent too. Customer service and delivery
Ordered s25 ultra for around £700 which is quite a bit cheaper rrp in UK so fairly pleased with that.
The customer service was spot on,very responsive but don't bother emailing which doesn't really work in my experience use their website and submit enquiry.
I was expecting it to arrive much later but to my surprise it arrived quick from the date of dispatch.
Their tracking number don't work but I don't really care anymore since I got the product quick but that might just be DHL fault.
Overall I do recommend them. Fast customer service and delivery.
Side note think carefully before you buy if you choose to cancel even before dispatch they will take off like 10% of the refund.

All went very well for me. But use a good credit card just in case
As many people here I was apprehensive but tempted by prices. A new company with reviews dating only a couple of months, everyone should be vigilant. I used my the most protected credit card and risked it. The phone was shipped within 48 hours, though email warned that it could take 5-7 business days. I guess it was already in stock. The shipping was from Hong Kong. The tracking was good. The phone arrived as it would arrive from any other retailer - sealed, boxed, complete. There was no charger but the phone is officially supplied chargerless, so there was no surprises for me here. All in all a no problem experience for me. Many thanks

After seeing some mixed reviews online, I was a little nervous about ordering from Seentat.com, especially because the price for the Bose QC headphones was so low (£139). However, I'm thrilled to report that my experience was completely positive.
