Very good experience
I ordered an S25+ on a Friday and recieved the phone the following Saturday. The day before I had an email to say it was dispatched and with DPD and then an email from DPD with tracking information. Brand new phone sealed in a box and very good value.

Great price and service
I had a great experience. Took 5 days to get a dispatch note as came from the US. Overall from ordering and receiving my phone was 9 days. Got a personal email from a lady called Molly, to let me know about dispatch, and an email from DPD couriers, who said they were waiting for the parcel. Then 2 days later I got a text from DPD with a 1 hour window for delivery. Great service, highly recommend, just need to be patient with communication and delivery, it will happen, will use again.

No customer service despite endless emails and tried calling advertised phone number but nobody answers. Beware not a genuine seller

Go for it
Like other buyers, I was initially skeptical about this purchase of a Galaxy s25+ phone. But no worries. Comms with the seller were answered fairly quickly. About 6 days elapsed whilst in the ‘processing’ stage (what does that mean?). Once a DHL tracking number was provided, things happened fast. Item dispatched from Hong Kong, via Germany and was with me in a few days. The phone is indeed as described. It’s set up and working well. I successfully registered the phone with Samsung. It’s not clear whether the full Samsung warranty is applicable, but I’m hopeful.
So my advice is to bite the bullet and go for it.

I placed an order and tried to cancel it immediately afterward by emailing their support team, but they refused to process the cancellation. Their email responses sound suspicious. I recommend avoiding this website — it appears to be a scam. I’m going to report it to my credit card company.
