An Amazing Experience with a Great Team!

Great customer service, very responsive and helpful. The tables I originally wanted were no longer available after I ordered them. The team helped me find a great substitution and made the transaction so easy. Very happy with my tables AND with the amazing people at LazySuzy!

Good customer service

Ordered a couple of items I could not get directly from West Elm. I couldn't see anything about shipping in my confirmation email first, but after contacting customer support, i got a quick and friendly answer and the products arrived on time too. Very happy with how things went.

2 month delay and damaged

Our order got delayed by two months. There was no phone number to call for customer service although email responses were usually back within a day. Our media console arrived damaged with cracked and splintering wood on the inside. The customer service team did reach out and apologize for the delay and damages and gave us a partial refund for our product since we were unwilling to wait for a new piece of furniture.

West Elm outdoor Dexter bench

Ordered the West Elm Dexter outdoor bench from LazysSuzy as it was on sale on their website, but not on West Elm. Their customer service was excellent. Bench arrived quickly and looked just like the picture. It also arrived in great condition. Very happy with my purchase.

Really want to give a 5 star rating.

Timely delivery, updates on progress. Beautiful product. Good customer service. I really wanted to give this a 5 star rating but I can't because of the enormous amount of bubble wrap. (Especially w/ chair #2 which arrived first) Very environmentally unfriendly, and a burden to deal with. They are plastic chairs that fit in the box. Just a little protection around the edges should suffice.

Waited months and months

Waited months and months for this furniture. Finally got the small ottoman, which I have not opened yet. I still have not received the large coffee table. They want you to review what they send you the minute it is delivered, but before the entire order is fulfilled.
