I received the most beautiful fabric from this company~ very quickly, I'd like to add, in these times of covid when few are working and producing and shipping. For those of us who are working and need product shipped quickly~ this was HUGE. The product amazing. Sample fees are a bit pricey when ordering several~but the Siamese Black Tan Leopard Cheetah Upholstery Fabric worked best and is gorgeous.

Ordered a fabric sample for drapes. It only took a few days to get here. The color did not quite match the onscreen display, which is understandable, and it's what samples are for. I won't be using this particular fabric, but I will keep this retailer in mind.

I was still unsure of what sort of grass cloth wallpaper to get but it was easy to order swatches online from The Fabric Co. online. Then they had the actual selection in stock at their brick and mortar store which happens to be quite close to me. A sale coupon helped me snap up what I needed and the sales help was first rate!

It's really a professional company. I bought wallpapers several time and they are one of the best. Very reasonable price and great service.

Purchase, delivery, tracking, were all easy and quality of product is good.
No complaints.

The Fabric Co was excellent to work with. Everyone I talked to was polite and HELPFUL! They were able to change the shipping speed for me, and when I found a lower price, they matched it.

I got the materials on time as expected for an excellent price with very good service. It just doesn't get any better than this.

Honestly? This place BLEW ME AWAY with their customer service!! I had an order I needed in a hurry...and I was concerned that it might not get to me in time, since it was a special order.

I placed my order...then called them, to follow up and see if it was actually in stock. The gentleman I spoke with listened carefully...then told me he'd call me back after checking. He checked...he called back quickly...and yes, they had it in stock.

A few minutes later...I realized that I'd ordered the right fabric...but the wrong color...so I called the gentleman back (he'd given me his name AND number, in case I had any questions or issues!)...and explained my problem. He was able to stop the original order, change the fabric color...but when he checked on THAT fabric--it was NOT going to be in stock in time for what I needed.

I decided I'd order it anyway...so he carefully told me WHEN it would be in stock...and let me know I could call him back and cancel at any time, up until they received it.

Not once did he sound impatient...he was always friendly and genuinely wanted to help me out. I still smile, when I think of the whole experience--and whole-heartedly recommend this company to ANYONE. :)

Not only did the sample fabric arrive ASAP. it was accompanied by a thank you note from the owner

We placed an order that another website said would take almost 6 weeks for us to receive the fabric. When I ordered from The Fabric Co. it only took 5 days from the time I ordered the fabric until it was delivered to my front door.

I have wallpaper and borders in every room and I am really pleased with the quality and pricing of them from The Fabric Company ...

I placed the order on Monday, the paper arrived on Wednesday.
Can't ask for more than that!

I've been waiting a few weeks for my wallpaper border to be delivered and checking daily for messages. I had to open my Pay Pal account to find that my money had been refunded. Disgusted.

I have been ordering from The Fabric Co. for several years, hundreds of yards of fabric. The owner are the best, they really know how to provide customer service, they are honest, trustworthy and very helpful.

I found my way to The Fabric Co. via an internet search for a jacobean fabric. I requested a sample of a fabric for drapery and asked if they could recommend coordinating fabrics to match. Here is where they began to exceed my expectations. They asked questions about the project, asked if I could send photos of the room where drapery was to be utilized and then sent several gorgeous fabric options in a very timely manner. Additionally, when I ordered the fabric, they responded with confirmations and updates within 24 hours and my fabric was shipped directly to my drapery maker. A handwritten thank you note with a receipt arrived today. They are now my go to place for all of my fabric (and wallpaper needs). They are truly all about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

When ordering online, there is always some hesitation as to the product, service and delivery. Well, everything exceeded my expectation. The wallpaper is exquisite in person. I couldn't see the shiny gold online, but seeing it in person added so much more elegance to the paper, and ultimately my husband's office. As far as service, again, it was quick and I received follow up emails as the site indicated. Lastly, the delivery date was set and it was delivered on the date. From the ordering time to delivery is was less than a week. Yeah!

I will order from this site again. I'm already looking over the site for some fabric. I will be recommending this company/site to other DIYers.

I know wallpaper is hard to find nowadays, but $60 for 30 feet of a wallpaper border seemed a little high. However, when it arrived I found that it was even more beautiful and high quality than the pictures online could convey, now I cannot wait to see it up! wow!
