Just like the previous person
Just like the previous person, Rick was patient and informative about the processes. I think like many others I did not get anything in the mail from USPTO and assumed the huge number of e-mail were scams so I was not very receptive to hearing my application was dead. So Rick helped me start over and I can only hope it goes as well as the restart.

My experience with a previous Trademark… was a complete and total scam!!!
My experience with a previous Trademark company was a total scam and I lost a lot of money. I was very hesitant to try this again. Working with this company was a breath of fresh air. They do exactly what they say they will do. They work with you every step of the way. They are extremely helpful especially for green horns like me.

Humans behind the company
I had some family emergencies come up and missed a filing deadline on my trademark. Sr Case Analyst Alex reached out during the middle of my family stuff and was patient and kind.
