This purchase was for a renewal; I've been happy with the product since 2021.

So far it's a very good antivirus and I'm happy to have it on my PC... Very good

Tried to request a refund less than a week after buying catchpulse and It's been a nightmare trying to get my refund. They do not respond to your emails. This software is vaporware.

Very good antivirus. I have been using it for a year and a half and I am satisfied with it. I heard that there are 12 antivirus engines, which is good. I like the built-in AI antivirus very much. When Set to the most sensitive mode, it doesn't miss anything. Very paranoid.
I had a hard time finding a good antivirus from a company that hasn't soaked up its reputation and has decent ratings in antivirus rankings.
It would be nice to add more information to the interface, like to the threat-search box. Make the font bigger. And a firewall wouldn't hurt either.

I got 3 weeks before expire every day several times reminder, no reply from support at all.
As i bought license i got again reminder by email then. Then i wrote to support again and the solved it.
Expand license was only possible by website not by click. The password lock seems to be a problem for this option

A windows update caused my computer to stop woreking had to reset it. i had already installed catchplus 2 before now i am informed my key has been used to many. times. I only used 2 times if my Moery serves me correctly. I am very disappoinmted with your company. I have use your product from the time you dtatred which is many now. do sometime so i can get my catch pluse activated in in use.

It was very difficult to download your program. My computer friend had to help me.

Good product but a bit difficult to understand all the options it can use.

The engine flags legitimate files as malicious sometimes (this area could use some improvement), but the false positive submission process is easy and the response is one of the quickest I have seen among different antivirus companies.

I wish catchpulse to be more interactive like secureage plus had been.

I renewed my SecureAPlus subscription for 3 more years because I was very pleased with it. However, after I renewed I still got messages every day saying my subscription was expiring and to renew right away. That caused a lot of confusion as to whether my renewal was recorded properly with your company.

They don’t answer emails. Seems like vaporware.

I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR A LONG TIME AND HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED PROMPT ATTENTION TO A FEW CONCERNS. YOUR SERVICE MILIEU PROJECTS STRENGTH & CONFIDENCE WITHOUT THE "SNOW-JOB" FLAVOR.

First of all the Software is great. Yes, it has bugs here and there, but I really like it. I like the UI, I like the amount of configuration you can do.

Now there are two things you can improve on:
- detection rate is quite low
- false positives are quite high, literally detects Steam games and legit software

Other than that I am having a great experience. Biggest plus is also the amazing support and the fast responses I get to all my questions.

Nonetheless CatchPulse does what it says, it blocks all the unknown files and processes.

I can only recommend to add it as additional security software to your already existing Antivirus product.

I got confused by the reminder notices, and wound up with two charges to my account. Please review this and make an adjustment to my charges. Otherwise, ok.

The program is top. I've been looking to improve my security on my device, and this product does just that.

I like it for the cloud based scanning, integration with Virus Total, non intrusive.

I already bought CatchPulse Enterprise and unfortunately wasn't able to active it on servers but after a great help from support they fixed the bug and fortunately now everything is working great
