I never signed up to this fraudulent site I was buying something else from somewhere else and was given this instead… a complete scam… and not easy to get out of… I cancelled immediately the same day that u apparently subscribed 🤷‍♀️ that was 2 days ago when they took a payment yet they took more payment today so I had to contact my bank and block any further payments… complete con artists

This is a complete scam! I never signed up for this but somehow they are charging twice a month. I’ve been trying for a week to cancel whatever subscription they have for me and I get the same useless AI response each time.

No one to speak to and a different boy each time.

THIS IS A SCAM
An initial email is received unsolicited purporting to be UPS and holding a parcel for delivery. Through just a few clicks & entering your details it then asks for your bank card details. Hidden away at the bottom of this is a disclaimer stating they you agree to 2 subscription based services at a cost of £49.95 every 14 days. Had I entered my details I would have been hit by an immediate £99.80 cost.
Clearly detailed alongside this tiny message is the website and telephone number for this company.

They easly attend to customers complaints.

Under the pretence of buying clothes, I found myself having paid 9.95EUR for a "VIP" subscription. Using their online chat bot, they told me that as I had agreed to the Ts&Cs, it was non-refundable. I cancelled my payment card and told them I would put an unfavourable review on Trustpilot, they immediately agreed to a 100% refund and cancelled my subscription and account.

After a little difficulty I was contacted by Mary, who was very helpful with my enquires.
