Feel like a right sap for ordering off this company. Complete Scam. Ordered 9th Nov. No tracking info. No replies to emails. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Definitely DONT ORDER OFF THIS SITE!

Absolutely awful. Ordered 1st October is now 4th Nov and still no show. I've emailed company 3 times to no response. I wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my money. So annoyed with myself for falling for this scam company.

I purchased 2 5 in 1 stylers but never actually received them both the service from these and Evri is shocking. I have tried to contact them several times and had nothing back I am awaiting a refund as the packages never arrived so not purchase from them. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

It is purely a weak hair dryer. The attachments for curling don't work (as it only has the function to blow air, not suck). They don't reply to emails whatsoever. Do not buy from them

On their website they state free gift with purchase over £30. Bought 2 hairdryers and they have not sent out the promotional gifts.

All attempts to contact them is met with no response, they have been ignoring all my emails. Honestly I don’t know how they think they can run their business with this attitude.

Don't waste your money item is dangerous and got so hot it burnt me and they won't reply to your emails. Absolute scam company. They also like to delete reviews on the website.

Terrible. Faulty product that doesn’t work. Have emailed several times with no reply. Don’t waste your money.

Product came from China box was damaged!The product over heats so I contacted them via email to be told 30 days money guarantee is valid if I post back to China at my cost!!
I have emailed to say product is faulty but apparently that's the policy!!!
I have lost money would never recommend this product or company ! There is not a UK office so you can't speak to anyone.If your product develops a fault well you have to pay postage but not sure after 30 days what will happen .
Please be careful and don't throw your money away !!

Ordered the 5 in one.. plugged it in and it had a burning smell straight away then smoke started coming out. Iv emailed many times and not had a response nor is there a phone number to call

Used approx 3-4 times, sparks started flying out and would have set on fire if I had not pulled the plug when I did! They do not reply to emails! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Rubbish product and customer service. It broke with a month of me having it and I have contacted customer services repeatedly and they will not respond. I then left a review and they deleted it. Not impressed at all.

Absolute scam! Hair dryer only lasted two goes then stopped and smelled of burning. The company will not reply to emails let alone give a refund.

What a load of rubbish , box looks like it had been used , packaging box inside damaged , hairdryer smells of burning . Doesnt curl , makes your hair frizzier, contacted them 3 times , no reply ! Recon it’s a scam company . .

Do NOT purchase this product. It does not work. They will not refund your money either. $50 on junk plastic. DO NOT BUY>>>SCAM
